Greenix Pest Control

Tyler Did great job very thorough and very satisfied with service

I would strongly recommend staying away from Greenix. My experience with this company started exactly the way you would expect from a high-pressure sales operation: they promised excellent service, offered multiple discounts, and made everything sound fantastic—as long as I signed up on the spot. Unfortunately,… Read full review

We had a YellowJack Bee problem and they came out quick and helped to get rid of them!

I called to schedule an appointment, and the gentleman I spoke with initially seemed friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the conversation quickly turned into an aggressive sales pitch. I was offered a $149 “special” initial visit, followed by a $70 monthly charge under a one-year contract. When I declined to… Read full review

Emmanuel, who came back to apply my first treatments was likewise very professional, courteous and thorough in explaining what he was going to do and then once completed, reiterating what he had done. I look forward to continuing my service with them!

Rudest account managers. I ask several times to cancel my membership. He kept trying to get me to stay until I yelled. I said why am I repeating tjis request? Cancel my account. Then, he put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I had to call back and finally got it canceled. FYI ask for a cancellation confirmation email.… Read full review

I just subscribed to the service, so I can't honestly speak too much on the effectiveness of the product. Wait, I did see a few ants that appeared to be in distress. What sold me was the people that I interacted with. That's from the agent that scheduled the initial appointment to the 2 Agents that performed the… Read full review

Awful experience, I had a pest control plan with them, called for yellow jackets getting into my house and they seemed pretty nonchalant about the whole issue, no urgency whatsoever and said they could maybe move my service up to possibly next week or the week after. I waited 4 days for a call back to schedule while… Read full review

Daniel Tiller is a great represenitve for your company Very pleasant young man Explained everything and did a great job

After trying two other companies to remove a huge hornet nest perched on a very high tree limb, this was the only company that successfully got rid of the nest. We are grateful and our neighbors are relieved that they can go outside without risking a sting.

Great job getting rid of a paper wasp nest. Very polite, cleaned up before he left!

The bad: I tried Greenix for a year, but it does not work. Brandon and Cris are outstanding

Tiffany did an outstanding…and very informative including info on affects of recent paint job-Ron H

The staff is incredible knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what they are doing and why. Tiffany was outstanding!

I'm changing my inital review now that I've had the service for a year. I've had a lot of work issues. Most of the time, the technicions never show up. They charge every three weeks instead of four and there's a $250 cancelation fee that they don't tell you about but it's "in the agreement"

From the first contact last summer, this company has been open about pest control and their plan to minimize issues and assured me at present most control could be done via exterior.

Did a very good job.

Very professional and extremely responsive!

A regular routine was performed by Chevy Bell. Good job preformed.

Noah was courteous and professional

Technician was on time and professional. Only thing is I would've liked to have known he was done with the job instead of just jumping in his truck and leaving without a word. Other than that the service was good.

BO MORE BUGS. I'm no longer being eaten alive.

Brandon was thorough in explaining how he was going to treat my pest issues and followed through with treating the property.

Our Tech did an awesome job getting rid of ground hornets. Gave us complete info on what to expect going forward.

We normally just get the regular preventive treatments. Today we had issues with 2 hornets nests and a mouse infestation in our garage. Gabbie handled both with professionalism and thoroughness. She was here over 2 hours and took care of all the issues we discussed.

Great tech!! Very thorough, and knowledgeable!

Had a yellow jacket problem and the first tech got stuck and had to go to the hospital. I thought it would be a couple of days or a week before they would reschedule, which would have been completely understandable. However, they had Chris, another tech, come out and take care of it within a few hours from the… Read full review

The service man was great and very thorough

Team did a great job. Not sure of product yet. I do not like a required subscription to use a new product. And only 3 days to cancel without monetary penalties.

Technician arrived within the time specified by Greenix Customer Service and was very thorough with application process. It’s good knowing that if I ever need them to come back out in between seasonal applications, they will be there! Thank You!

They quickly got rid of the wasps making a nest in the wall of my house.

Ya a pasado un mes de la primera fumigación y no han venido nuevamente y lo peor es que ya me cobraron este mes creo que no es una buena empresa ya que cobran sin hacer su trabajo

Great experience! Noah was a true pro. Highly recommended. No more hornets, no more stings. Happy wife, happy hound dog. What more can you ask for. Well done.

Steve our technician was great at communicating and listening to our concerns and taking action based on them. The techs have always been friendly and efficient. They come for interim treatments whenever I need them and that is included with the cost.

Steve did a great job and very professional, polite and thorough.

expert service

Hired them to spray and terminate wasps and hornets. Still seeing a lot of them around the targeted area I pointed out but it is still rather recent so don't take this as a negative review just a neutral placeholder. They are fantastic with customer service, they will re-treat and hunt down the pests for the same… Read full review

Great service tech!

We just started our trial with Greenix, and I was impressed by the professional way the technician presented his assessment and how thorough he was. He wasn’t pushy and was honest with what issues we currently have and presented our options. I also appreciate someone who offers some DIY options to supplement the treatment plan.

I had Corman as my tech , for such a young person he was very informative and made sure I was happy with the job he had performed. If all the tech-savvy are like Corman this company will thrive. He made sure not to miss anything on my yard. Thank you.

Have used for 3yrs good service

The employees at Greenix always do a great job. We really like that they use more "green" pest control methods, so we have a continuing contract for several services.
