I had my initial visit from them yesterday. Nick was pleasant, friendly, and very thorough with the service and in explaining the process.

Had first visit treatment for rats.. Matthew Mejig installed 3 baits outside the house. Hoping that works and it keeps the mice away from entering my basement. Looking forward for the next visits for my annual plan.

Matthew came to my home and found where I had mice getting in. He took care of each place and proceeded to provide protection by identifying all areas of concern and then installing traps. Additionally, he placed rodent stations around the outside of my home to help preclude future entries. Great job and personality. Highly recommend.

I've been using Greenix for years. We use their carpenter bee, insect, mosquito, and rodent treatments. It seems to all work and reduce seen pests.

Greenix is a great company to work with and their technicians, like David and Alex, are the best. They are friendly, professional and always keep me informed as to when they are coming, what they will be doing and what they find. I'm changing my inital review now that I've had the service for a year. I've had a lot of work issues. Most of the time, the technicions never show up. They charge every three weeks instead of four and there's a $250 cancelation fee that they don't tell you about but it's "in the agreement"

We normally just get the regular preventive treatments. Today we had issues with 2 hornets nests and a mouse infestation in our garage. Gabbie handled both with professionalism and thoroughness. She was here over 2 hours and took care of all the issues we discussed.

The team has really done an excellent job! I was blown away when they started off knocking down cobwebs in the hard to reach places outside. Whole time very friendly and knows their stuff!

The only downside is that rodent control becomes a separate charge from the cost of regular pest control.

We use services as preventative maintenance, absolutely love our rep she is the best , friendly, knowledgeable, caring, explains everything, I love her coming and showing me what to watch for, I don’t do bugs or furry things and for the last several years I have not had to because they keep our house protected!!!!

We just started our trial with Greenix, and I was impressed by the professional way the technician presented his assessment and how thorough he was. He wasn’t pushy and was honest with what issues we currently have and presented our options. I also appreciate someone who offers some DIY options to supplement the treatment plan.

I really cannot tell if the rodent problem is getting any better. I and my neighbors are infested with voles, moles, chipmunks....
