I have continued to have a terrible experience with this company and would NOT use them. They charged me $45.90 a month and said they would be out every month. Well, this didn’t happen. Every time I called I got a different story. Tried multiple times to cancel. Again, a different lie. DO NOT USE them. Traps…
I would strongly recommend staying away from Greenix. My experience with this company started exactly the way you would expect from a high-pressure sales operation: they promised excellent service, offered multiple discounts, and made everything sound fantastic—as long as I signed up on the spot. Unfortunately,…
James stout, a very hard working man and a great representative of Greenix, he worked on my house spraying inside and outside / fogging for mosquitoes and cleaned all spider webs in addition to checking my house for entry points and placed rodents stations // just in case ( I opted in for service ) He worked very…

Fantastic service ! Very detailed service and very friendly customer service.
Most professional company I've ever worked with.
I just subscribed to the service, so I can't honestly speak too much on the effectiveness of the product. Wait, I did see a few ants that appeared to be in distress. What sold me was the people that I interacted with. That's from the agent that scheduled the initial appointment to the 2 Agents that performed the…
I had mouse droppings inside my kitchen drawers. I put a mouse trap in and promptly caught a mouse. I was very squeamish about removing the trap and throwing it all in the trash. So I hired Greenix. They set traps inside little cardboard boxes so I didn't have to see the victim. Once the traps stopped getting…

Scott came today to update the outside stations. He was very professional, answered all my questions (very knowledgeable), and even helped me change a O2 battery. Great company.
I had my initial visit from them yesterday. Nick was pleasant, friendly, and very thorough with the service and in explaining the process.
Had first visit treatment for rats.. Matthew Mejig installed 3 baits outside the house. Hoping that works and it keeps the mice away from entering my basement. Looking forward for the next visits for my annual plan.
Matthew came to my home and found where I had mice getting in. He took care of each place and proceeded to provide protection by identifying all areas of concern and then installing traps. Additionally, he placed rodent stations around the outside of my home to help preclude future entries. Great job and personality. Highly recommend.
Rodney was excellent! Super friendly and very professional! Thank you! Happy Holidays!
Clay was great! Very thorough and knowledgeable! And Keaton was extremely helpful and comforting to talk to when setting up the appointment!
