The tech Terrence came out today and was very thorough. He covered all the areas of concern and shared all his findings with me. He left me with a detailed list and very friendly. We have a plan with Greenix and they always have provided us with great service.

Greenx was polite and very concerned about my issues around my yard every time I had a complaint or issue they will come right out Greenx is number one in my book. They did a great job around my house. Getting rid of the bugs

I always get great service from Greenix Pest Control. They do a good job communicating what they have done on my property and sent pictures. If I have a problem,they come same day to deal with it. I highly recommend their service for bug and rodent control.

I had mouse droppings inside my kitchen drawers. I put a mouse trap in and promptly caught a mouse. I was very squeamish about removing the trap and throwing it all in the trash. So I hired Greenix. Scott came today to update the outside stations. He was very professional, answered all my questions (very knowledgeable), and even helped me change a O2 battery. Great company.

I had my initial visit from them yesterday. Nick was pleasant, friendly, and very thorough with the service and in explaining the process.

Had first visit treatment for rats.. Matthew Mejig installed 3 baits outside the house. Hoping that works and it keeps the mice away from entering my basement. Looking forward for the next visits for my annual plan.

Matthew came to my home and found where I had mice getting in. He took care of each place and proceeded to provide protection by identifying all areas of concern and then installing traps. Additionally, he placed rodent stations around the outside of my home to help preclude future entries. Great job and personality. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and professional. Angelo took his time to explain to us where the mice had an entry way into our home. He laid multiple traps for us and explained how to place them ourselves.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their goal is to make money and not eliminate the problem. I have a mice issue in a rental property that I own and all they do is lay cheap traps around the house that you can by from Home Depot or Amazon, but charge me $500. Greenix and their employees are always thorough in doing the assigned job. They are very responsible, respectful and great communicators. I am very pleased.

I've been using Greenix for years. We use their carpenter bee, insect, mosquito, and rodent treatments. It seems to all work and reduce seen pests.

Greenix is a great company to work with and their technicians, like David and Alex, are the best. They are friendly, professional and always keep me informed as to when they are coming, what they will be doing and what they find. The techs take the time to get to know you and to do a thorough job. I really am pleased with and happy to recommend Greenix.

I'm changing my inital review now that I've had the service for a year. I've had a lot of work issues. Most of the time, the technicions never show up. They charge every three weeks instead of four and there's a $250 cancelation fee that they don't tell you about but it's "in the agreement"

From the first contact last summer, this company has been open about pest control and their plan to minimize issues and assured me at present most control could be done via exterior.

We normally just get the regular preventive treatments. Today we had issues with 2 hornets nests and a mouse infestation in our garage. Gabbie handled both with professionalism and thoroughness. She was here over 2 hours and took care of all the issues we discussed.

The team has really done an excellent job! I was blown away when they started off knocking down cobwebs in the hard to reach places outside. Whole time very friendly and knows their stuff!

The only downside is that rodent control becomes a separate charge from the cost of regular pest control.
