GreenShield Home & Pest Solutions - Richmond

Fashard did a great job, I high recommend him,

Had our first visit today, you can tell a lot about companies by the professionalism and friendliness of staff. Chandler was on time, friendly, and thorough in his explanations and questions. Pretty sure my dog would open the door for him and let him stay if he wanted.

Expectional and we'll informed in detail of the chemicals he used today for the insects in and outside of my home.

I was not here when he came today. I am sorry I couldn't get back to open the gate because of the snow. But I believe a good job is always done.

Great company and great service!

This company has been first rate and professional since the day I called them. Troy and the gentleman that came out first to do the inspection were so professional and personable and a complete pleasure to work with. Everything. So hard to find in this day and age. I highly recommend!.

Great 👍🏼

Very professional, listened to my needs and took care of it... great morning attitude

Fashard continues to provide me excellent service ensuring that i am well taken care of. He was respectful and courteous and also made sure to listen to my concerns so he could provide exactly what was needed. He always takes the time to explain the products and the type of treatments he provided.

Troy is always professional, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer all of questions , and remembers previous concerns on hus next visit. Great person and worker. 10 out of 10.

Fashard went above and beyond expectations. He was clear on what service he was providing and why. He also pointed out things in our crawlspace that need to be looked at for possible mice and had his co-worker contact us for further inspection. He was kind, respectful and a pleasure to do business with.

Friendly excellent customer service 👌

Travis is always friendly, and does a excellent job.

Always friendly, professional and courteous.

Their service is impeccable. Their technicians are always very friendly and willing to do anything to help get rid of any type of pests on your property. The mosquito treatments that they do work well and I don't seem to have as many mosquitoes as normal in a summer.

Great job. Fast and efficient

Jared H. Was awesome got what I needed done quick and efficiently.

These guys were great and way more thorough (sealing up entry points behind the fridge and stove, outside) than previous services I’ve used.

Good communication with me. I can trust him to service my house without me having to be home.

Troy was very helpful by answering all our questions with a smile. He identified a carpet bug issue and performed a thorough treatment throughout our home, both inside and outside. Thank you Troy!
