GreenShield Home & Pest Solutions - Richmond

Fashard did a great job, I high recommend him,

Had our first visit today, you can tell a lot about companies by the professionalism and friendliness of staff. Chandler was on time, friendly, and thorough in his explanations and questions. Pretty sure my dog would open the door for him and let him stay if he wanted.

Expectional and we'll informed in detail of the chemicals he used today for the insects in and outside of my home.

I was not here when he came today. I am sorry I couldn't get back to open the gate because of the snow. But I believe a good job is always done.

Great company and great service!

This company has been first rate and professional since the day I called them. Troy and the gentleman that came out first to do the inspection were so professional and personable and a complete pleasure to work with. Everything. So hard to find in this day and age. I highly recommend!.

Fashard went above and beyond expectations. He was clear on what service he was providing and why. He also pointed out things in our crawlspace that need to be looked at for possible mice and had his co-worker contact us for further inspection. He was kind, respectful and a pleasure to do business with.

Their service is impeccable. Their technicians are always very friendly and willing to do anything to help get rid of any type of pests on your property. The mosquito treatments that they do work well and I don't seem to have as many mosquitoes as normal in a summer.

Jared H. Was awesome got what I needed done quick and efficiently.

These guys were great and way more thorough (sealing up entry points behind the fridge and stove, outside) than previous services I’ve used.

Good communication with me. I can trust him to service my house without me having to be home.

Troy was very helpful by answering all our questions with a smile. He identified a carpet bug issue and performed a thorough treatment throughout our home, both inside and outside. Thank you Troy!

Travis coordinated for service.

Prompt, great personality and doesn’t waste any time inside and out. Comfortably with Chandler and he is informative about controlling pests.

Troy was just as friendly as I remembered him from my time in Bumpass, VA. We chatted briefly, and then he walked me through everything he was going to do. He started outside and then moved on to the interior of the house. He even took a moment to give my dog some affection.

David, Joe and the other technician was courteous, professional, efficient and provided excellent service. I'm never disappointed with Greenshield services

Looper did a thorough job yesterday. He I very attentive and kind. He was at my house when I arrived and informed me I had a bird nest under my deck. He asked me if I wanted him to move it and I said yes. He is a fine young man and a good worker.

Cameron was very professional and responded to all my questions. Very nice young man.

Chandler is always nice and very professional. He does a great job.

Cameron is a great tech! He's very personable and good the extra mile to keep me updated on what's going on.

Chris came out to do my yearly termite inspection and check my dehumidifier. He communicated with me before even arriving to give me a time frame of when he would be there, which was great. He communicated an issue with closing the garage door which I wasn’t able to see right away, but he continued to work with it… Read full review

I love a company you don't have to chase after. Cindy, on the phone, was excellent. Got us scheduled and the problem gone in no time. I highly recommend!

Great work. David Floyd is a top tier employee. So respectful and kind.

Cameron is very kind and courteous young man. At first, I called because I have a very long black snake in the crawl space. After removing that, he advised me of the spider and wasp nests that were around the home. I decided to go with recurring service and bye bye spiders and wasps! Very glad I called.
