Had our first visit today, you can tell a lot about companies by the professionalism and friendliness of staff. Chandler was on time, friendly, and thorough in his explanations and questions. Pretty sure my dog would open the door for him and let him stay if he wanted.
Expectional and we'll informed in detail of the chemicals he used today for the insects in and outside of my home.
I was not here when he came today. I am sorry I couldn't get back to open the gate because of the snow. But I believe a good job is always done.

Fashard went above and beyond expectations. He was clear on what service he was providing and why. He also pointed out things in our crawlspace that need to be looked at for possible mice and had his co-worker contact us for further inspection. He was kind, respectful and a pleasure to do business with.

Their service is impeccable. Their technicians are always very friendly and willing to do anything to help get rid of any type of pests on your property. The mosquito treatments that they do work well and I don't seem to have as many mosquitoes as normal in a summer.

Troy was just as friendly as I remembered him from my time in Bumpass, VA. We chatted briefly, and then he walked me through everything he was going to do. He started outside and then moved on to the interior of the house. He even took a moment to give my dog some affection.

Looper did a thorough job yesterday. He I very attentive and kind. He was at my house when I arrived and informed me I had a bird nest under my deck. He asked me if I wanted him to move it and I said yes. He is a fine young man and a good worker.

Cameron is very kind and courteous young man. At first, I called because I have a very long black snake in the crawl space. After removing that, he advised me of the spider and wasp nests that were around the home. I decided to go with recurring service and bye bye spiders and wasps! Very glad I called.
