Had our first visit today, you can tell a lot about companies by the professionalism and friendliness of staff. Chandler was on time, friendly, and thorough in his explanations and questions. Pretty sure my dog would open the door for him and let him stay if he wanted.
Greenshield provided prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced service. We had a huge European hornet nest in the top of our old shed. It was about the size of 3 basketballs. Michael and Jacob came and took out the nest. They were both very friendly, polite, professional, and knew what they were doing! They also…
Charles gave excellent service. I never got this type of detailed service from orkin.
Chandler was polite, friendly, and took a lot of time making sure I understood what he was going to do and that I felt confident that my yellow jacket nest would be gone. Highly recommend. I would definitely use this company again.
Chandler was excellent. The service was great. He was very professional and thorough.

Jeremiah did an outstanding job! He was very thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend Greenshield.
Discovered a large hornets nest on the side of my house on Sunday. About 24 hours later, it’s gone. Outstanding service.
Kooper came by today. I like the fact he called first before coming by. Very respectful and genuinely nice guy. He completed the service and listen to my concern. Defiant asset to the company. Looking forward to future services from him.
Kooper was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
Chandler did a great job eradicating a large hornets nest from our house, extremely professional communication from start to finish with Tiffany and Johnnie. Fair price to, and there going to come back and inspect to make sure they don't return with the included price. Definitely recommend
Always on time but I was not here so not sure what was done.
Very helpful and accommodating. Great customer service
Thorough.

GREENSHIELD is awesome. Cindy who works there is so pleasant to talk to and works with you on scheduling. A great company exactly if you have chance to talk to Cindy who works there.
Lorenzo…..is FABULOUS. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Every time he comes he is so pleasant and addresses all of my concerns with a smile.
Wallace was good and on time
Cameron is very kind and courteous young man. At first, I called because I have a very long black snake in the crawl space. After removing that, he advised me of the spider and wasp nests that were around the home. I decided to go with recurring service and bye bye spiders and wasps! Very glad I called.
