Had our first visit today, you can tell a lot about companies by the professionalism and friendliness of staff. Chandler was on time, friendly, and thorough in his explanations and questions. Pretty sure my dog would open the door for him and let him stay if he wanted.

Michael came to the house knock on door to tell me what he was doing. And he ask me did I have any problems and I have questions. When he was done he let me know he also check the crawlspace and let me know water wad down abd ask if I need your company to fix it. He is a great customer service.

Their service is impeccable. Their technicians are always very friendly and willing to do anything to help get rid of any type of pests on your property. The mosquito treatments that they do work well and I don't seem to have as many mosquitoes as normal in a summer.

These guys were great and way more thorough (sealing up entry points behind the fridge and stove, outside) than previous services I’ve used.

Charlie was polite, professional, and focused. He set traps for mice and sprayed for cockroaches, spiders, and more. Greenshield really handles their business! I am so impressed with their professionalism from the phone until they show up. I had a rodent issue and it was handled. I love a company you don't have to chase after. Cindy, on the phone, was excellent. Got us scheduled and the problem gone in no time. I highly recommend!

Called with an issue. The office staff (Lauren) was super helpful. Problem was dealt with quickly and thoroughly!

I can’t thank Travis enough! He found that we had a mouse infestation in our crawlspace. He called his company and they set traps, cleaned out the crawl space and put up a moisture barrier to prevent future issues. Thanks to Travis and his coworkers, we are mouse free!
