Dylan got system up and running and did a thorough job of testing. He replaced a head and adjusted some others. He was very polite and conscientious.

I want to thank Matt and Jessie of Greenway for their hard work repairing our sprinkler system. We had major construction resulting in cut irrigation lines and the need for a new sprinkler configuration. The job was not fun (hours of hand trenching) but they worked hard and were so upbeat. We recently had 2 sprinkler heads replaced, 4 heads raised to increase coverage, and a valve repaired that was not shutting off. Matt did all of these repairs in about two hours and the system seems to be working fine! The technicians do great work but sometimes scheduling and working with the office can be a challenge (scheduling and paying).
The technician (Alex) was very friendly and more importantly very professional.

Nava came to evaluate the reason part of our lawn was always soggy. He reasoned that it was the HVAC drain, along with the house gutter rain. He designed & installed a French drain from the unit to a dry location in the back yard. Three months onward, his idea and installation was correct and the previous “soggy area” is no more. They wanted a credit card before coming out to give an estimate, this should have been my 1st RED FLAG. Poor work quality and they will not stand behind their work, then they blamed it on high water pressure and wanted to sell me a pressure reducing valve for 5 hours labor plus materials, we have a PRV which they never bothered to look.
Jose came out to winterize my system and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have lawn/garden irrigation installed. Charles
