Incompetent technician, horrible customer service! Earlier this year, technician told me I have a leaky back-flow valve. It needs to be rebuilt. I have been using greenway for years. I trusted them. So I don’t even think much, just told them to go ahead do it. They charged me over $600 for this service. Later,…
I haven't received an invoice yet so I have no idea if the price is good bad order normal. I wanted to come and leave a review for the technician who did our work today. His name is Hector Yanez. Hector did a wonderful job. He is very organized, very thorough, and has good communication skills with a pleasant…
Excellent work! My sprinkler system was serviced by another company for several years. After some time it was obvious they were clueless. I have since used Greenway for the past year. Their technicians are excellent - and they warranty the work! Anthony has been especially good and helpful in repairs and problem…
I have been with Greenway irrigation for 25 years it is a great company with outstanding employees. The office personnel are world class and the tech's are expert in repair and recommendations. great prices and super fast response time!
Gentleman who replaced timer very responsive and nice. But misjudged the price by about half. Extremely overpriced with what we could have gotten elsewhere
Jessie is knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely competent. He answered my questions thoroughly and made good suggestions..
Dylan was. Told me and showed me the one or two small things which needed repairing and then repaired them quickly.
Dylan got system up and running and did a thorough job of testing. He replaced a head and adjusted some others. He was very polite and conscientious.
Great folks that are easy to work with (scheduling, etc...). All the technicians I've met have been well spoken, polite, and most importantly, professional. They have a really good crew of folks and that has to start at the top.
Our technician who came out to start up our sprinkler system was, Dylan, was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He did a great job!
Greenway Irrigation completed the irrigation spring start-up without any complications and on schedule. Great work by Jessie!
Matt quickly fixed a misbehaving sprinklerhead. He clearly knows what is doing. Kim is unbelievable in her rapid responses to emails. “Above and beyond!”
Matt did a great and thorough job restarting our irrigation system at our house.

Anthony ser Bed our system and got it back to 100%, Anthony is very professional and friendly. Always does a great job. 100% satisfied
Installed 2 additional zones to my irrigation system. They performed the work with a total disregard to limiting the damage to my lawn. Very sloppy and careless work. I totally regret using this company. I00% DO NOT recommend using this company. Contact me if you are truly interested in resolving my issue.
Anthony was very knowledgeable and skillful . Completed all his work professionally and efficiently.
Matt once again provided us with fine professional and personable service.
Excellent service by Kim on organizing the work and explaining services. Field team was first class... On time... got things done!
Jesse was very helpful with my Spring startup today!
I want to thank Matt and Jessie of Greenway for their hard work repairing our sprinkler system. We had major construction resulting in cut irrigation lines and the need for a new sprinkler configuration. The job was not fun (hours of hand trenching) but they worked hard and were so upbeat. I am thrilled with the outcome.
Anthony came out today from Rainy Day irrigation and the repaired several zones of my yard sprinkler system. He did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Anthony did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

Greenway irrigation is terrific! Very professional and experienced technicians. The office does a terrific job communicating about appointments and sending helpful reminders. Highly recommend
We recently had 2 sprinkler heads replaced, 4 heads raised to increase coverage, and a valve repaired that was not shutting off. Matt did all of these repairs in about two hours and the system seems to be working fine! The technicians do great work but sometimes scheduling and working with the office can be a challenge (scheduling and paying).
The technician (Alex) was very friendly and more importantly very professional.
Excellent customer service Kim is fantastic!!!!!
Nava came to evaluate the reason part of our lawn was always soggy. He reasoned that it was the HVAC drain, along with the house gutter rain. He designed & installed a French drain from the unit to a dry location in the back yard. Three months onward, his idea and installation was correct and the previous “soggy area” is no more. He did a super job!
It is always a great experience working with Greenway Irrigation Company. Kim is always attentive to my needs in arranging appointments, and Poncho, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable.
Greenway Irrigation is an excellent company. Always extremely responsive and thorough in working with my system in all phases. Communication is always timely and helpful. I am a multiyear customer and extremely pleased with their irrigation services. Daniel F was extremely thorough in the services he provided.
I have been very pleased with the service provided by Greenway Irrigation. Rachel makes scheduling easy and convenient. Anthony was thorough and efficient in restoring the system to working order after some winter disruptions. I count on them to make sure the system is working as it should.
After two years they have remained prompt and competent.
Greenway Irrigation assisted us with installing sprinklers in an existing lawn and then resodding over the areas where trenches were dug to run water lines. The entire team at Greenway (Kim Ayscue, Evan Wood, and Joel (and the rest of his team that assisted with the labor) were all fantastic to work with and…
Nava, our Greenway Irrigation technician , did a really great job of checking and repairing the spray heads and drip lines during the summer maintenance service visit. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Two year Greenway Irrigation Company installed my sprinklers and it worked well. This year they did my backyard landscaping and swale to solve the frequent flooding because of the neighbor's pond. It looks good. Hope it will work well.
I was called 5 minutes before coming to my house and before he arrive briefed me on the job, started the work and was finished before the estimated time for the work. The job was professionally done.
My experience with Greenway Irrigation has always been to my satisfaction. No complaints. Ethan has accomplished the last few shutdowns and startups and is a great communicator and takes the time I needed to thoroughly verify the process worked correctly.
Ethan did a great job of getting the system ready for a “long winter’s nap..“
Greenway Irrigation is outstanding. Anthony was top notch. I had a bit of an emergency. They were fast and efficient.
I have been using greenway for approximately 10 years and have always been extremely happy with their service. KIM & GREG ARE GREAT!
Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and proficient. He kindly adjusted his arrival time to fit my schedule.
Daniel Worked on winterizing my irrigation system recently. He was delightfully competent, well-mannered and possessed of a good sense of humor! Please send him back in the Spring to turn everything back on.
the service man was polite, prompt and in and out fast, Well satisfied,
Rachel and Agustin do a great job
They wanted a credit card before coming out to give an estimate, this should have been my 1st RED FLAG. Poor work quality and they will not stand behind their work, then they blamed it on high water pressure and wanted to sell me a pressure reducing valve for 5 hours labor plus materials, we have a PRV which they never bothered to look.
Jose came out to winterize my system and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have lawn/garden irrigation installed. Charles
Professional technicians Rachel and Sergio
Justin was a pro and quickly and smoothly adjusted my sprinklers and programmed for summer use. I had complete confidence in him and have always had great service from Greenway Irrigation. I would definitely recommend them.
Irrigation tech, Anthony, was very extremely polite and knowledgeable. He was able to provide us with the best solution for our 23+ year old irrigation system. Looking forward to working with Anthony and Greenway Irrigation for our new irrigation system install.
Poncho and Anthony did fantastic work on a very complicated repair job. Most of the lines feeding nearly every zone in my system were destroyed by a separate excavation job in my lawn. Poncho expertly developed a plan that would avoid starting over from scratch, while also navigating multiple obstacles to repair…
Technician did a fantastic job and polite and professional.
I am always very happy with the rapid response I get from Kim and the efficiency of scheduling a technician to come to the house when needed. Anthony is so nice, very thorough and did a great job handling the changes we needed made…he also discovered a hidden sprinkler head that we had no idea about! Great job as always!
Greenway Irrigation takes great care of their customers! Daniel showed up on the day and time he was scheduled to be here and was very diligent in checking out my system. Anthony was awesome! He was so knowledgeable, hard working, helpful and kind! He had to dig up my yard to repair my sprinkler system, but left it like he was never there, he put it all back perfectly! Thank you Anthony!

Greenway, again, provided awesome services for us. Moving heads, checking lines, all carefully and competently. Highly recommend. Kevin
Anthony came to my residence, assessed the problem and corrected it. I had a cracked pipe in the irrigation system which caused excessive water usage and standing water. Anthony is an experienced technician.
I use Greenway Irrigation for my start up/shut down and maintenance on my irrigation system. They are reliable, professional and reasonably priced. Poncho was my technician for the repair to my backflow unit. He walked me through the repair showing me what was wrong and the best way to repair it. The very next day I…
Greg is the consummate professional. He called ahead of time and was very punctual. His is very courteous and customer focused. He would be the very reason why I will use the service again
Juan Carlos did an incredible job repairing our irrigation system. Moved 10+ heads to new locations and repaired and modified all of the rest in our 16 zone system. I went out to test the system today and everything worked perfectly. Update from 2023, still use Greenway Irrigation and Amilcar did an awesome job…
I was very happy with Greg's (the service technician) enthusiasm to help me identify the location of an underground lawn irrigation water line, prior to a small construction project. Greg offered to use his underground wire locator device, but unfortunately the device was not functional. Based on Greg's…
We had a great experience with Daniel F from Greenway Irrigation. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable. He also did a great job with communication. I highly recommend him if you have irrigation needs.
Thank you Nava for doing a terrific job on installing our new controller.
nava was great, he resolved our issue and made sure the entire irrigation system was working properly. He was professional and courteous and was understanding and knowledgeable. Well done! Thank you, Richard
Anthony from Greenway Irrigation is one of the most knowledgeable, professional, and thorough technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He diagnosed a buried broken lateral pipe that was missed by at least 3 irrigation technicians that may have been causing our home foundation to shift. He was able to…
Personable technician. Got the job done.
Job well done
Anthony was the best. He took care of the work and walked me through the setup process of my new wireless/smart controller. He was very knowledgeable. Couldn’t be more pleased!
We called to try to improve the scheduled date they provided since our system was not working. We truly appreciated that they sent two techs to fix our system the day I called.
The tech was systematic about investigating the problem and immediately found the issue. The solution was a simple replacement of the zone control modules in the controller. It took about 15 minutes. The parts were VASTLY marked up as Greenway charged over $120 for a part that retails for $50 on Amazon.
Very professional and prompt service.
José Nava came to my property and did an excellent job of finding two valves that were covered up over the years. He also corrected the main wiring for the sprinkler system which had been incorrectly wired by a previous technician. Also he placed the zones in order which were scattered by the previous company.
Great service. Tech was great. Did the job right and explained everything
We highly recommend Anthony and the business. He's casual but professional and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, he's very ethical in his work. We were originally quoted $1k for our recent work, but once he was here and realized the issues were less severe than anticipated, we were only charged 1/3 of the original quote. Class act.
Very pleased and impressed with the service I received. Anthony called to let me know he was on his way and arrived 2-3 min early before a Monday appt at 8AM. He was friendly, personable, and answered every question I had. He installed a new irrigation box in my garage and helped me make sure I got it working…
Greg did a super job of repairing damage to our irrigation system and checking it all out for correct operation. Took the better part f a day but he was challenged by improper installation in the first place and figured out a creative solution that got it all working again. You won't be disappointed if you contract with Greenway to manage your system.
2022 review - Avoid this business as much as possible, whether it calls itself Agape or Greenway. - They find creative ways to charge you - Parts are 4 times higher than local stores (Walmart or Lowes) - Fake labor time (added) Go to Yelp for some latest/honest reviews.
Whenever I have a problem with my irrigation system, I can call them and they respond promptly. Daniel F. was especially professional and amazing to quickly repair my irrigation system. I want Daniel for all of my service calls with Greenway Irrigation in the future.
Special shout-out to Nava who helped me this time!!! The work connecting my system was done quickly and with ease. Then Nava was thorough and professional and fun checking to make sure all systems/sections were running correctly and the control box was properly set.
Terrible company. Came out to fix a repair on our system, charged more than they initially budgeted, and then said it would be another $1200 for additional repairs. In the process, they hacked up part of our neighbor's yard and won't do anything to help with the damage because it was 'inevitable' due to the…
I use them for sprinkler winterizing and reopening. This year one of my zones broke, and technician Anthony came out and fixed it for far less than their initial estimate. Satisfied!
Very pleased with our spring start up and irrigation check. Danel F. was prompt, courteous and explained everything well. I've used Greenway for a few years and very pleased.
Greg called before he came to install the irrigation system valve. His friendly professional manner and "no-nonsense" approach to getting the job done made this transaction a pleasure. Greg also performed the purge and shutdown last fall. I would be delighted if he could come back this fall.
They installed a brand new irrigation system for my 10k sqft property. This company is a great balance of expertise and fair price. They aren't the cheapest, but not overpriced like others. They do know all steps of the process with the city and to get install on time. Kim (irrigation manager) was always very…
Anthony was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. He did a great job adjusting our irrigation and gave us some good tips about watering. We'll definitely call him back in the fall for winterizing the system.
Greg arrived on time and completed the Spring tuneup quickly. Greg also replaced several heads that were leaking and adjusted everything to make my system for efficient. Great job.
