We recently had 2 sprinkler heads replaced, 4 heads raised to increase coverage, and a valve repaired that was not shutting off. Matt did all of these repairs in about two hours and the system seems to be working fine! The technicians do great work but sometimes scheduling and working with the office can be a challenge (scheduling and paying).

Nava came to evaluate the reason part of our lawn was always soggy. He reasoned that it was the HVAC drain, along with the house gutter rain. Poor work quality and they will not stand behind their work, then they blamed it on high water pressure and wanted to sell me a pressure reducing valve for 5 hours labor plus materials, we have a PRV which they never bothered to look.

We called to try to improve the scheduled date they provided since our system was not working. We truly appreciated that they sent two techs to fix our system the day I called.
The tech was systematic about investigating the problem and immediately found the issue. The solution was a simple replacement of the zone control modules in the controller. It took about 15 minutes. The parts were VASTLY marked up as Greenway charged over $120 for a part that retails for $50 on Amazon.
