Greenwood Heating and Home Services

Very helpful service and friendly knowledgeable technicians! Would recommend.

Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Came quickly even on a Sunday!

We are extremely pleased with Luke's work, advice on our somewhat ancient gas furnace. He explained our options to proceed and answered all our questions. He has a great, engaging personality, which is very helpful when making difficult choices. One doesn't expect "to enjoy" a furnace inspection, but we did just that. Thanks for sending Luke our way.

Full system maintenance on my place is quite lengthy and I've got a few complicated areas but Tyree took on the challenge to make sure everything was completed. Very friendly service and happy with the honest recommendations after maintenance was done.

Greenwood heating was professional, on time and worked quickly to get the job done. Highly recommend.

I use greenwood Heating all the time and love their knowledge, promptness and thoroughness. Daniel Medel was my last person to be out and he was great. Sometimes Al come and he too is great.

Thank you for your service! You did a great job!!!! Joan Drottz

Mike Hagen was professional, friendly and thorough. I appreciate knowing that my HVAC system is going to be completely clean and in good working order for the coming season. Thank you Greenwood.

Michelle did a great job letting me know what she recommended doing after my annual service. This is the second time she has been the tech Greenwood Heating has sent to the house. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and takes her time to make sure all system are go. Heating and Cooling

Abhishant did a great job when came for our HVAC maintenance. He was very professional, thorough and took care of everything very efficiently. He tuned up our A/C which was t cooling as well and it’s now working like new. I would recommend greenwood and Abhishant

Luis was the perfect technician! He was thoughtful, explained everything completely and worked quickly through all the tasks. Greenwood is lucky to have him!

Service tech Muhammed was highly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond in testing all the heating and cooling components and brought our attention to our aged condensate pump which was already years beyond its expected life span. We will definitely ask for him again for next year's service, or any issues which might arise sooner. Marshall R.

EXCELLENT!! Prompt, hard -working team that was not only technically astute but friendly and well-mannered as well. It's been ages since my wife and I have been addressed as "sir" and "madam" by the younger generation...very refreshing and pleasant. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Very professional service. He checked my system completely.

Cameron was fantastic. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and experienced. His analysis of the situation and proposed solutions were thorough and made sense. He explained things very well and we're confident in the quality of the service he provided.

Professional, clean and great service. Appreciate that the tech coordinated a follow up service that I needed before I was leaving out of town- went above and beyond! Happy customer.

Emilio went above and beyond to save the day for us. Couldn't recommend him and Greenwood more.

I recently had my home furnace and A/C unit inspected and serviced by Greenwood Heating & Home Services. Both systems were originally installed by Greenwood back in 2011, and thanks to their quality work, along with annual professional maintenance and my own semi-annual cleaning and upkeep, they continue to operate… Read full review

Greenwood replaced our existing gas furnace with a new one and a heat pump system, just in time for the warm days of summer. Their workers were great at explaining what they were doing and demonstrating the system. They do great work and we began enjoying a cool home as soon as the were done. We liked their work so… Read full review

Greenwood Heating installed my hvac system years ago and does the annual maintenance. This year revealed some wear and tear. Some preventative maintenance was recommended. Michelle, the technician, did a great job. She explained everything clearly. I enjoyed having her there. I will request her by name in the future.

Very professional and friendly. Very good experience

Technician was very helpful with information and very thorough. I would recommend Greenwood highly!

Excellent service, although the news was bad—we have to replace our AC unit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Service Experience Ever! Alek provided outstanding service from start to finish. During the first appointment, he completed maintenance on both our AC and heating system, and on the second visit he installed our thermostat. Both experiences exceeded expectations. Alek was incredibly friendly,… Read full review

Abhishant was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He serviced our mini splits and descaled our tankless water heater. We saw all the gunk he removed from it, which improved the water temperature by several degrees. Very happy with his work - Greenwood Heating is lucky to have him! Thank you, Abhishant!

Don was at all times very professional and knowledgeable, and at the same time courteous, gracious, and pleasant to work with. He gave practical advice about recurring maintenance issues. My wife was particularly appreciative of his wearing a mask in the house. Greenwood should be very happy to have highly skilled… Read full review

We reached out to Greenwood again for the 3rd year of annual servicing for our Mitsubishi Mini-split AC. Once again, we had top-notch customer service, easy scheduling, and excellent communication. This year we had the pleasure of having Alek Cordray-Adair perform the work. He was careful, efficient and thorough… Read full review

I switched to Greenwood from SeaTown. Why? SeaTown did poor, unclear, sloppy and damaging work, extra electrical & caused damage to my electrical including blowing out my wine fridge during their heat pump installation power testing & didn't compensate me. Etc. + more I mentioned this because my experience with… Read full review

Michael did a great job explaining what I needed to know about my furnace filters and about caring for my hvac system, and why I what kind of maintenance I need to do for my dryer venting system and for my air ducts. He was great at showing exactly what the issues are. He’s very personable and was open to any questions I had. I highly recommend him!

Shay was outstanding. Excellent communication and thoroughness. Expertly diagnosed and explained our situation and presented options for repair/replacement. She was also sensitive to our financial concerns. If I could give 10 stars I would!

We are so happy with the service we have received from Greenwood. They are always professional, on time and give you notice to track the technician upon arrival. Their work is very thorough and make you a priority if parts are needed. We can not say enough great things about this company. We have used Greenwood to… Read full review

Easy to make appointment, timely and polite service… our service assistant even found the remote control missing for one of our units!

Emilio is excellent. He was detailed and patient. Much appreciated

Service by Sam with Greenwood Heating was outstanding. I highly recommend them to work on your home.

Great service with excellent communication. Prior to a technician arriving a picture of the technician is sent and also there is always an phone call during the time window to help provide a more accurate estimate of arrival. We've been working with Greenwood Heating for years and recommend them to others.

Ben Kelley, Plumber Greenwood Heating, repaired a clogged bathtub drain. He diagnosed the problem, unclogged the drain, and clearly explained the cause of the clog and what he did to correct it. Ben also replaced parts in the guest bathroom toilet. He also checked all the water sinks in the house along with the… Read full review

Technician was competent but provided an absurd estimate to do a leak test. The HVAC system has a low level of refrigerant. I am surprised as I always had good service before from Greenwood. He obviously wanted to have me buy a completely brand new system.

Excellent ! Helpful! On time! Detailed explanation of work requirements. Tech Frez excellent!

Daniel did just a great job fixing our AC.
