We are extremely pleased with Luke's work, advice on our somewhat ancient gas furnace. He explained our options to proceed and answered all our questions. He has a great, engaging personality, which is very helpful when making difficult choices. One doesn't expect "to enjoy" a furnace inspection, but we did just that. Thanks for sending Luke our way.

Full system maintenance on my place is quite lengthy and I've got a few complicated areas but Tyree took on the challenge to make sure everything was completed. Very friendly service and happy with the honest recommendations after maintenance was done.

Service tech Muhammed was highly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond in testing all the heating and cooling components and brought our attention to our aged condensate pump which was already years beyond its expected life span. Greenwood Heating installed my hvac system years ago and does the annual maintenance. This year revealed some wear and tear. Some preventative maintenance was recommended. Michelle, the technician, did a great job. She explained everything clearly. I enjoyed having her there. I will request her by name in the future.

Abhishant was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He serviced our mini splits and descaled our tankless water heater. Michael did a great job explaining what I needed to know about my furnace filters and about caring for my hvac system, and why I what kind of maintenance I need to do for my dryer venting system and for my air ducts. He was great at showing exactly what the issues are. He’s very personable and was open to any questions I had. I highly recommend him!

Technician was competent but provided an absurd estimate to do a leak test. The HVAC system has a low level of refrigerant. I am surprised as I always had good service before from Greenwood. He obviously wanted to have me buy a completely brand new system.

Greg showed up on time and performed the yearly service, made suggestions for updates we needed and performed those also, he was very cordial and professional, cleaned up when he was done and thanked us for the opportunity to serve us.

We had our first annual inspection/ maintenance since having our furnace/ heat pump system installed last year. Abhishant was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. On time, courteous, and professional. After our nearly 30 year furnace finally went kaput, we decided to add on a heat pump with the new furnace. It was a 2 day job and we had already been without heat for a week. The crew went above and beyond, staying a little later, to get our furnace running before the end of first day.
