Greenwood Heating installed my hvac system years ago and does the annual maintenance. This year revealed some wear and tear. Some preventative maintenance was recommended. Abhishant was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He serviced our mini splits and descaled our tankless water heater. Michael did a great job explaining what I needed to know about my furnace filters and about caring for my hvac system, and why I what kind of maintenance I need to do for my dryer venting system and for my air ducts. He was great at showing exactly what the issues are. He’s very personable and was open to any questions I had. I highly recommend him!

Technician was competent but provided an absurd estimate to do a leak test. The HVAC system has a low level of refrigerant. I am surprised as I always had good service before from Greenwood. He obviously wanted to have me buy a completely brand new system.

We had our first annual inspection/ maintenance since having our furnace/ heat pump system installed last year. Abhishant was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. On time, courteous, and professional. After our nearly 30 year furnace finally went kaput, we decided to add on a heat pump with the new furnace. It was a 2 day job and we had already been without heat for a week. The crew went above and beyond, staying a little later, to get our furnace running before the end of first day. Sergio and Brendan were great Amazing attention to detail especially in our gas fireplace I don’t like the pay forward program and while the service was great it’s a pretty expensive yearly program

Greenwood personnel kept me informed when the serviceman, Miguel would arrive. He replaced my leaking outdoor faucet in a timely manner, was efficient, friendly, and explained to me the revisions to the old setup. I’m very happy with the new faucet and would recommend his services again.

Scammed my wife into paying $300+ for a part that cost $20.00. The a/c unit worked fine, we just wanted them to check it. They said the part failed, but the system was working fine, before they diagnosed the failed part. My wife was fooled by the good rating on Google, but the BBB gave them a C- rating and is not accredited by them.

Very professional, friendly, experienced, explained maintenance and what to look out for if having issues. Made me feel comfortable knowing we were having quality work done and that our system is good to for another year. Would recommend Greenwood Heating and Home Services
