Greenwood Heating and Home Services

Emilio LaBier was our technician and he was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job.

Abhishant did a great job when came for our HVAC maintenance. He was very professional, thorough and took care of everything very efficiently. He tuned up our A/C which was t cooling as well and it’s now working like new. I would recommend greenwood and Abhishant

Sam was great - very knowledgeable and definitely experienced with fixing mini-splits. Will definitely use Greenwood again for future repairs/servicing.

Everyone from the reception staff to the Dustin the technician has been so friendly and helpful! I put a call in on a Friday night because our system went out and it was starting to get warm in the house. I didn't think I'd get a call until Monday. But sure enough 8am Saturday I get a call and they said they'd send… Read full review

Greenwood is where to go. Their pro, Shay, came out and was very professional an knowledgeable about my super old AC system. She helped me understand what went wrong and how to look out for issues in the future. I was recommended to them by everyone I knew and now I know why. Now I can recommend them to everyone else! Great work

Our experience with Greenwood Heating and Home Services was great. Our 3 year old A/C system had stopped working and the company that installed it failed to come out to do diagnostics and repair, standing us up multiple weeks in a row after setting up appointments with zero communication. Greenwood on the other… Read full review

Shay was outstanding. Excellent communication and thoroughness. Expertly diagnosed and explained our situation and presented options for repair/replacement. She was also sensitive to our financial concerns. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I cannot commend Greenwood enough for their fast, friendly and excellent service! No, they did not pay me or give me a discount to say this. They did however, come out and fix my heat pump in 5 minutes! Abinesh then proceeded to check over every square inch of the unit, my furnace then performed a service as I… Read full review

Chris and his associate were so professional and went above and beyond the required job. I was very impressed and would recommend to any family or friend meeting services. They explained everything to me so clearly and were very kind. i feel very confidant with their work

Our A/C was not flowing cool air and we learned it was a furnace issue. Abinesh was so kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Thank you for returning our home to a comfortable temperature, as soon as possible!

We were able to have someone come out in 1 day to service our heater as we had no hot water or heat. They were very thorough in their analysis of what was wrong and immediately gave us options to fix the parts. And they were quick to schedule the repairs. Great service!!

Update: Have been using Greenwood for years now (furnace and A/C replacement, generator installation). Today was duct cleaning with Kris. Sergio and Brendan were great Amazing attention to detail especially in our gas fireplace I don’t like the pay forward program and while the service was great it’s a pretty expensive yearly program

Thuan did a great job with the cleaning and explaining what he found and did after the job was done. would have him every time for the yearly cleanings.

Within about two hours of calling about a potential gas leak from the furnace area, Jacob was at the house checking the furnace Greenwood installed as well as the water heater. Very responsive and thorough service (he spent two hours making sure everything was safe). A great experience and the company I always turn to for HVAC.

Technician was awesome. Great service, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, informative, and laid out the solutions and costs. I recommend Greenwood and will use again.

Greenwood is top notch. Brandon (Technician) was very thorough and patient in his explanations and descriptions of the operational aspects of my existing and now modified Trane HVAC system. Greenwood was very accomodating and quick to address my system needs.

Blake was squared away and very knowledgeable. Greenwood is the best HVAC service I have had at any of my properties. Definitely choose Greenwood and sign up for the membership. What a great business model 👏 👌 😍

Knowledgeable and answer questions in detail with patience

Greenwood excellent as always Expect the best when you call the best

Sergio, was very knowledgable and informative. Explained different options and benefits of an upgrade part for our system based on age versus not upgrading. Extremely helpful and professional. Greenwood also called when opening came available to move our repairs up a week. Very appreciative of scheduler taking time to fit us in earlier.

Reliable company, friendly service. We've been loyal customers for over 20 years in several locations. (When we remodeled our current home, the contractor used another firm which caused headaches for us. Greenwood Heating fixed those problems and continues to provide maintenance.)

Al was prompt and friendly. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with our A/C quickly and provided tips for the future. We have been using Evergreen for our heating and AC installation and repair for the past 3 years and I highly recommend the company.

Service man was very friendly and thorough.

The technician, Michael, diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, and my AC started working immediately. He was professional and knowledgeable and arrived on time. I highly recommend Greenwood Heating and Air.

Technician was fantastic. Very professional and polite! Got the job done. Thanks!

Fabulous and prompt service. It was real hot outside our AC stopped working, we called and very helpful gal quickly determined we needed a service call. We had an issue with our AC. Abinesh came over and fixed the problem. The problem took time to diagnose as it was not obvious. Appreciate the persistence and effort.

Great workforce - their techs are super knowledgeable and go above and beyond when servicing my house! Cameron R (one of the techs) does amazing work fixing issues that come up and is super professional!!

I'm quite happy with the service I received. The technician was able to diagnose the issue with my AC unit and get it up and running again. I also signed up for a yearly maintenance plan to keep everything running properly. Thank you for the hard work.

Greenwood fixed my A/C on the first visit. Would hire them again.
