Raising my rating to 4 stars, took multiple tries to fix a leak in the mini split they sold me but they did finally take care of it. Most recent service folks have been knowledgeable and pleasant.

John was very knowledge and professional. He did a great job cleaning, tuning ,and repairing my mini split system.

Don was absolutely a delight to work with. He cleaned up after his work and serviced the outdoor / indoor units. He performed maintenance service on 2 tankless water heaters as well. He checked all the thermostats and made changes as requested. Overall, he deserves 5 stars and then some.

Mr. Page performed furnace and ductless A/C heat pump maintenance service thoroughly and methodically, while communicating a wealth of information in the process. These units were previously installed by Greenwood and the installation experience was excellent as well.

On time. Very knowledgeable. Identified issue that could have been a disastrous and expensive problem. I recently purchased this home so did not know the past maintenance of this system. Based on the findings I can take action to keep any harm to my walls and floors.

Greenwood installed our Mitsubishi mini-split system two years ago. We're very satisfied with the equipment and with Greenwood's maintenance calls. Ryan, who did the maintenance this year, was very informative and gave us good advice on the best ways to keep the system operating efficiently.

Team John installed ductless heating/AC unit for us on a miserable snowy day - and they were timely, professional, and effective! We appreciate Greenwood's attention to the full life cycle of a project, with detail-oriented bids and follow-up at every step.

Frej was outstanding! He explained everything thoroughly, was courteous (protecting floors etc) and efficient. Maintenance for the systems we have is a bit expensive- but the quality and service is above standard so I’m willing to go with a place I trust even if it costs a little more.
