Very helpful service and friendly knowledgeable technicians! Would recommend.

We are new to the Issaquah area and needed to have our HVAC system looked at. We chose Greenwood to come out for a maintenance check. Justin and Jose arrived as scheduled. They were both very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We are very pleased with their work and have scheduled more services through them.

Richard was knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to address all aspects of the heat pump and heat exchanger needs.

Great job by Don inspecting my HVAC system. Very thorough and provided some recommendations.

Rick has been out to service our new heat pump for the last three years. During this service he noted a loose connection and the backup heat strips weren’t working due to a loose electrical connection. Fortunately he troubleshot and was able to reconnect the loose connection.

The tech arrived on time. He was friendly and informative. For a question he could not answer directly he obtained an answer from the office.

We are extremely pleased with Luke's work, advice on our somewhat ancient gas furnace. He explained our options to proceed and answered all our questions. Received first annual Furnace service with Greenwood after purchasing furnace last year. Service provided was excellent. Cody the technician was very pleasant, considerate, thorough and professional. My only concern with Greenwood was their overall fees are high even for existing customers.

Extraordinarily timely, efficient, and courteous. Completed all work and testing promptly. Before leaving, checked to make sure gates on dog fence were closed and secure. Similarly checked the thermostat settings.

Fantastic furnace service

Great service!

Andrew and Jack showed up to my house on time and they did a fantastic job. My dryer was shamefully dirty because it hadn’t been done in a couple of years. Now It’s purring like a kitten I’ve gotta make sure I keep it on the books to get it done every October and to have Greenwood do the job!

Excellent customer service. Shay clearly communicated the process and laid out options for me. She did an excellent job.

I use greenwood Heating all the time and love their knowledge, promptness and thoroughness. Daniel Medel was my last person to be out and he was great. Sometimes Al come and he too is great.

I had a Ez-start box install on my 15 year old heat pump. This was a challenging task. Which the Tech David M. Did an excellent job in craftsmanship and communication. Took the time to explain and verify operation.

Thuan is a very knowledgeable technician and a friendly person. He explained things in detail, how certain things work, what you get for the price you are paying. He is as nice as you can find and I signed him up to take care of my furnace and a/c needs. Greenwood does well.

My experiences with Greenwood Heating and Air have all been great. The employees are knowledgeable and explain the process and issues clearly.

Daniel was VERY professional and he took dozens of photos. He spent a good amount of time and attention to detail on all the maintenance for furnace and heat pump. Before he left he went through each photo to explain what he did. He was very respectful (including using shoe covers on in house) and communicated clearly.

Corey arrived on time and had great tips on how to fully utilize our furnace & thermostat. Best of all, he was a pro dog person and enjoyed meeting our large dog which made the whole visit more relaxing and enjoyable, especially for our puppy.

Tyler and his crew replaced our furnace in an afteenoon. They did great work, and explained everything when they finished. He walked me through the new thermostat and keft the garage cleaner than they found it. Great service all around.

Greenwood did exactly what they said they would do. David Lagana and his assistant Kristian did excellent work installing a new service panel replacing a recalled panel. They completed the work on time and for the price Greenwood quoted.

The Greenwood tech, Justin, was fantastic. Punctual, friendly, professional and thorough. We switched our maintenance from another company and Greenwood identified a long existing problem that had been inadequately addressed and not disclosed by prior company. Great to have peace of minds when it comes to gas heating.

Greenwood Heating and air manages both my heat pump for 24k and my lower unit duplex for gas’s system for 1,100 sq ft. Because why make it easy, they do a beautiful job. I have been with them for decades. Greenwood installed both current systems no issues. Every person in my home has been perfectly lovely couldn’t be happier with Green wood.

I learned a few more things about my system from the service tech, Chris, who was willing to answer my questions; along with his informative sharing of things I need to be aware of.
