Very helpful service and friendly knowledgeable technicians! Would recommend.

We are new to the Issaquah area and needed to have our HVAC system looked at. We chose Greenwood to come out for a maintenance check. Justin and Jose arrived as scheduled. They were both very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We are very pleased with their work and have scheduled more services through them.

Richard was knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to address all aspects of the heat pump and heat exchanger needs.

Aaron was our service specialist and did a great job with our maintenance for our furnace, heat pump, and on-demand hot water unit. He was efficient, thorough, neat, and professional. Had a furnace replacement the other day and it went very smoothly. From arrival to being finished was around 3 hrs. Also, fantastic duct cleaning service from Dakota. Never knew my HVAC vents were so dirty.

Great job by Don inspecting my HVAC system. Very thorough and provided some recommendations.

Rick has been out to service our new heat pump for the last three years. During this service he noted a loose connection and the backup heat strips weren’t working due to a loose electrical connection. Fortunately he troubleshot and was able to reconnect the loose connection.

The tech arrived on time. He was friendly and informative. For a question he could not answer directly he obtained an answer from the office.

We are extremely pleased with Luke's work, advice on our somewhat ancient gas furnace. He explained our options to proceed and answered all our questions. He has a great, engaging personality, which is very helpful when making difficult choices. One doesn't expect "to enjoy" a furnace inspection, but we did just that. Thanks for sending Luke our way.

Anthony was great to work on the duct cleaning project. He was knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. We appreciated how Greenwood notified us about his scheduled arrival at our house. We were pleased that the equipment Anthony used didn’t require us to keep any doors open.

Received first annual Furnace service with Greenwood after purchasing furnace last year. Service provided was excellent. Cody the technician was very pleasant, considerate, thorough and professional. My only concern with Greenwood was their overall fees are high even for existing customers.

Extraordinarily timely, efficient, and courteous. Completed all work and testing promptly. Before leaving, checked to make sure gates on dog fence were closed and secure. Similarly checked the thermostat settings.

The maintenance technician was very thorough and kindly explained what he was doing for me as I watched. This technician was not the one I requested from prior year.

Greenwood Heating & Home Services was great. Fantastic furnace service

Great service!

Andrew and Jack showed up to my house on time and they did a fantastic job. My dryer was shamefully dirty because it hadn’t been done in a couple of years. Now It’s purring like a kitten I’ve gotta make sure I keep it on the books to get it done every October and to have Greenwood do the job!

Excellent customer service. Shay clearly communicated the process and laid out options for me. She did an excellent job.

Tested/maintained all the systems in our house!! Greg does an EXCELLENT job making sure our systems are VERY well maintained!!!
