Greenwood has been highly professional and careful and supportive throughout a long and complicated process of dealing with old asbestos ducting, improper previous exhausting, and the installation of a new furnace and ductwork. Jared, our lead installer, was outstanding on every level.

Didn’t understand my fresh air intake system, and told me that maybe my house was used to grow marijuana. It wasn’t. Then tried to sell me a new furnace. Had to do my own research to repair the fresh air intake and undo changes made by greenwood.

Rick spent the time to properly diagnose and repair the leak in my system. He kept me informed of what he found and explained the process of the repair. He was friendly, showed up on time and answered all my questions and concerns.

David shared everything he was doing every step of the way. So professional and friendly. He made a difficult situation better. Such a pleasure to work with. Thank you David.

The technician was on-time, friendly, and competent. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within one hour. However, Greenwoods pricing is incredibly abusive and outrageous. AC went on the fritz on the hottest day so far this year but Felix came and quickly diagnosed the problem the same day. They treated my property very carefully, kept everything clean and tidy, and most importantly, quickly diagnosed and provided a solution to my AC problem. They were fabulous!

Alex (and Joseph) were just great: courteous; knowledgeable; really focused on doing the installation of the hot water heater absolutely correctly. Our basement stairs are narrow, and they were careful about taking out the old heater and putting in the new one. We couldn't be happier!

I finally found an expert to explain my 27 year old gas hydronic boiler. With tools in hand Tu located the issues. Advised what to do moving forward. Gave us Three options. If you have this type of equipment call Greenwood heating and ask for Tu Nguyen.

Greenwood replaced my electrical panel in the house and put in a new meter, cable and panel to and in the garage. The work was well done and the crew stayed at it until completed. I really like their professional approach for this and other work they have done for us.

Scheduled appointment within 1 day of me calling. Diagnosed and fixed furnace on the spot. Furnace igniter had failed and the tech had one in his truck and was able to replace it. Not cheap, but expertise, timeliness and results rarely are. I signed up for a maintenance plan for my HVAC and that helped reduce the cost of the repair.

Some components around the water heater is making high pitch noise. We thought it's the circulation pump. Lucas came over, did thorough investigation and determined it was the mixing valve. Lucas not only replaced the mixing valve, but also explained to us in details how the system works. He is serious about his job and friendly to the customer.

Was amazed a tech could be sent immediately after my phone call. Road construction meant they had to walk through closed roads to reach us. Was immediately able to fix the HVAC problem. Very professional!

Don't use their services. I scheduled for a leak repair and they charged over $350 just for a diagnosis that was already diagnosed. Stayed for 5min and left.
