Greenwood has been highly professional and careful and supportive throughout a long and complicated process of dealing with old asbestos ducting, improper previous exhausting, and the installation of a new furnace and ductwork. Jared, our lead installer, was outstanding on every level.

Didn’t understand my fresh air intake system, and told me that maybe my house was used to grow marijuana. It wasn’t. Then tried to sell me a new furnace. Had to do my own research to repair the fresh air intake and undo changes made by greenwood.

Rick spent the time to properly diagnose and repair the leak in my system. He kept me informed of what he found and explained the process of the repair. He was friendly, showed up on time and answered all my questions and concerns.

David shared everything he was doing every step of the way. So professional and friendly. He made a difficult situation better. Such a pleasure to work with. Thank you David.

Had a furnace replacement the other day and it went very smoothly. From arrival to being finished was around 3 hrs. Also, fantastic duct cleaning service from Dakota. Never knew my HVAC vents were so dirty.

The technician was on-time, friendly, and competent. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within one hour. However, Greenwoods pricing is incredibly abusive and outrageous. Paul at Greenwood responded very quickly to repair our ac unit. Fortunately, it was part of equipment warranty.

Greenwood came out to diagnose my mini-split. The technician Abinesh was excellent, explained the situation clearly, documented everything he found with photos, checked for warranties. Ultimately I decided to replace the system instead of repairing.

Daniel, the technician, was terrific. He was both thorough and knowledgeable. I wasn’t happy about the confusion about pricing. I didn’t appreciate being quoted one price then that price changed twice.

Shay was great! Helped get a duct reattached and delivered bad news about my old broken furnace gently. Walked me through all the technical details so I was informed about the state of the system. I’ll call Greenwood again next time I need service.

AC went on the fritz on the hottest day so far this year but Felix came and quickly diagnosed the problem the same day. Even tho it was at the end of his workday he took the time to check out the whole system and make recommendations. I've never had a complaint to make about Greenwood .. highly recommend.

They treated my property very carefully, kept everything clean and tidy, and most importantly, quickly diagnosed and provided a solution to my AC problem. They were fabulous!

Friendly, transparent, professional service. My HVAC had a lot of build up and needed to be disassembled and cleaned thoroughly. Michael was very informative, patient, went above and beyond to investigate my specific concerns, and looked after my home as if it was his own while doing it. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely the best and friendliest service! They have been servicing our furnace annually since installing it several years ago and we've also called them out for several plumbing projects. Everyone we've worked with has been professional and helpful. So nice to have a service we feel we can trust.

Alex (and Joseph) were just great: courteous; knowledgeable; really focused on doing the installation of the hot water heater absolutely correctly. Our basement stairs are narrow, and they were careful about taking out the old heater and putting in the new one. We couldn't be happier!

We were very pleased with the work done on our heating system. Our technician Rafael Daza was professional and courteous. We were very pleased and would recommend Greenwood Heating.

I finally found an expert to explain my 27 year old gas hydronic boiler. With tools in hand Tu located the issues. Advised what to do moving forward. Gave us Three options. If you have this type of equipment call Greenwood heating and ask for Tu Nguyen.

Tyler did an excellent job in the installation, instruction and clean up of my furnace installation and AC modification. courteous. very good at troubleshooting the problems that we were having, and was quite willing to explain thoroughly to me challenges happening with the furnace And thermostat.
