I had Greenwood come out to service our furnace, technician came out and apparently did not do a good job of cleaning everything. he also said that the heat exchanger had a crack and that we should consider replacing the furnace. this year i had a different company come out to service our furnace because it would… Read full review

Technician was kind and professional. Enjoyed working with her very much.

My mother's furnace broke down on Saturday evening. She is a long time customer of Greenwood Heating and Air Conditioning. By 10:30 AM on Sunday morning, service repairman, Al, was at her home and inspecting her furnace. Al was wonderful and informative and very helpful. Because her furnace was so old, she… Read full review

Always a pleasure using Greenwood.

Excellent workmanship, quality, value, service, and contentiousness.

Brendan was on time and thoroughly professional. He answered my questions about Trane function in detail. It was a pleasure doing business. I would recommend Greenwood products and service without reservations.

Al listened to my issues and reviewed the whole heating system - the furnace, the thermostat, the registers, ductwork, and filter setup. He made some adjustments and suggestions and everything works well now.

Mohammed, my technician, went over and above and o hope he will be my technician for life he is a great communicator and knows his business . He made me feel very confident that he will do the very best for me.

Vito did an excellent Job, very through

Thorough, knowledgeable, and professional! 5 stars!!

I'm a 30 year customer, and for a long time Greenwood was a fine company, and worth the extra money, but this has changed dramatically over the last few years, and I would suggest that you go elsewhere, since they no longer seem to care about customers, relationships, loyalty, reponsiveness, and reasonable pricing.… Read full review

Don Page, the technician who came to perform the service, was excellent. He wa on time, took time to explain things to me, and was so thorough in all aspects of the regular maintenance. I can't believe that he did not rush, and I felt he went above and beyond to look and attend to everything (in contrast to my… Read full review

Sam was very friendly and professional. Checked everything and made suggestions, but no pushing of adding or switching things with our furnace or AC system. We always have great service with Greenwood.

Michelle was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and timely.

My experience with Greenwood Heating has been entirely positive. Their personnel are knowledgeable, professional, and provide excellent customer service. It’s a pleasure to do business with them.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Super nice guy.

Greenwood is great! Thank you for taking such good care of our systems.

Love Greenwood. They are super friendly, great service. Honest about what you actually need and not constantly trying to upsell. Highly recommend.

I use this company for regular maintenance. This time I hired them to clean the ducts. Ali Mehdi showed up on time ready to get started. He did a good job of setting up the system, doing the job, and then cleaning up at the end. I really appreciated the arrival of Aaron to help out. The two techs were A+. The… Read full review

Knowledgeable service provider.

The service person, Don, did an excellent job of servicing my furnace and was very knowledgeable about its parts and functions,

Cameron did a great job. I have used other hvac companies and think that greenwood is a fair value for the service. Would like him back next year.

Great

Ratnesh was really knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I received updates when he was on his way and they communicated quickly when a part was delayed. I’m very pleased with the work that was done!

Lucas was wonderful! Honest and took the time to explain what was going on!! He's the best

I went with Greenwood approximately a year ago. I have a boiler system. I had them do maintance and checked the parts cost and was amazed at the mark up including labor. I needed an air filter added to my new hvac. They bid 6100.00. I had it done for 800.00 They now bid a water heater at 13000.00 I have two from… Read full review

I have used Greenwood Heating for 35 + years and have always had excellent and trustworthy service . Our technician today ( John Holmes ) was on time , competent and courteous. This was the second time he came out to our house always a pleasure.

John was friendly and helpful. Took time to take a line water pressure check. Showed me what maintenance items to look for on an older tankless water heater and elevated house water pressure issues. Good job!

Reliable company, friendly service. We've been loyal customers for over 20 years in several locations. (When we remodeled our current home, the contractor used another firm which caused headaches for us. Greenwood Heating fixed those problems and continues to provide maintenance.)

Vito was on time, very thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend Greenwood Heating & Air Conditioning!

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable about our system. Greenwood Heating installed our system and all of the technicians who have come out for our regular maintenance have been excellent.

Great workforce - their techs are super knowledgeable and go above and beyond when servicing my house! Cameron R (one of the techs) does amazing work fixing issues that come up and is super professional!!

I'm quite happy with the service I received. The technician was able to diagnose the issue with my AC unit and get it up and running again. I also signed up for a yearly maintenance plan to keep everything running properly. Thank you for the hard work.

We had a Trane residential furnace installed in just one day. Sam Miller and Dylan Johnson did a great job. They were efficient and took the time to do quality work. Sam covered many details about the installation with me. They even made some improvements to our existing ductwork to add to the furnace performance. I will 10/10 recommend them to anyone.

I have never written a bad review, but I would not recommend Greenwood Heating & AC to anyone. Not only are their services overpriced, but my gas furnace that had been fully functioning for 25 years “coincidentally” broke down within hours of the technician leaving my house for my annual servicing appointment. They… Read full review

Have used Greenwood for ten years for annual heater service. They are prompt, easy to schedule and very efficient and knowledgeable. Had our hot water heater services this year as well. They always do a good job.

Service gas furnace. Not really the most personalble individual. Not sure what he did. I had a few qustions for him, but he looked like he needed to move on. In recent cold weather below 20 degrees and snow, electric furnace stopped working with house down to 45 degrees for 2 days. Greenwood Heating found 1 heat element not working and started. House heated again.

The repair was crisply done and the technician gave me clear directions about how to maintain the water drain system for my HVAC system. He checked out the whole system and gave me a complete system check out as well to verify all of other systems were performing as designed.

Everything about Greenwood is first-rate. We've used them for years after getting bids from a number heating companies. They've installed a heating system, a tankless water heater, cleaned ducts and maintained everthing for us. Great, smart people who explain everything and never pressure. Our technician, Cameron, was thorough, thoughtful, efficient, and personable as he performed the annual maintenance on our furnace. When I asked him a question unrelated to the job at hand, he called the office to get the answer.

For most of my life I thought Greenwood Heating was the most reputable company. But after using them for the past two years and being on their membership maintenance plan, I realize now what others have been telling me: they just want to sell you stuff. This year I had an especially problematic situation. We had… Read full review

Ryan was the tops!!! He was well trained and informative. The yearly maintenance was a breeze for him and gave me confidence in Greenwood once more. I'm looking forward to next year and hope he's still working for Greenwood.

I have been impressed over the past several years with this company's professionalism and customer service. I love their techs. Adan and Mike were both knowledgeable and worked hard for us, but the billing service that Greenwood uses is terrible. We have been off and on the phone with them for hours. Our home was serviced by Doug who was incredibly professional and very helpful and thoughtful. I hope that we have him again next year!
