Full system maintenance on my place is quite lengthy and I've got a few complicated areas but Tyree took on the challenge to make sure everything was completed. Very friendly service and happy with the honest recommendations after maintenance was done.

Great service and outstanding technicians. They came out today to check on a non-functional furnace and fixed it quickly. There were some other potential fixes that could cause problems down the line and the tech fixed them while he worked. They were very prompt and explained everything clearly.

Greenwood Heating and AC replaced my Hot Water Tank today. From the visit for an estimate to the choice of product to installing, all was completed professionally. I recently had my hot water tank replaced. Austin did a great job. He answered a lot of questions about how I can take care of the new tank and figured out a way to improve the drainage from my laundry sink. Have used Greenwood for other services and they have always done a great job.

I have been using Greenwood for our HVAC needs for over 20 years now, and they are the best. They are more expensive than many, but you get what you pay for. I like that we usually get the same tech every time, and our radiant heating requires a more senior tech. They send their tech, Rick, every time, and he is awesome.

I use the for all HVAC needs and just recently had them check out an electrical issue. The tech did an excellent job diagnosing it was not an electrical issue and then they didn’t charge me since there was nothing wrong from electrical standpoint.

We had a Trane residential furnace installed in just one day. Sam Miller and Dylan Johnson did a great job. They were efficient and took the time to do quality work. In recent cold weather below 20 degrees and snow, electric furnace stopped working with house down to 45 degrees for 2 days. Greenwood Heating found 1 heat element not working and started. House heated again.

The repair was crisply done and the technician gave me clear directions about how to maintain the water drain system for my HVAC system. He checked out the whole system and gave me a complete system check out as well to verify all of other systems were performing as designed.
