Aaron was our service specialist and did a great job with our maintenance for our furnace, heat pump, and on-demand hot water unit. He was efficient, thorough, neat, and professional. Tristan, Tate and the entire team at Greenwood provided excellent service.

Full system maintenance on my place is quite lengthy and I've got a few complicated areas but Tyree took on the challenge to make sure everything was completed. Very friendly service and happy with the honest recommendations after maintenance was done.

Thuan was great. He explained what was going on with our furnace and explained the options to repair or replace it. We will request him in the future.

Service tech Muhammed was highly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond in testing all the heating and cooling components and brought our attention to our aged condensate pump which was already years beyond its expected life span. Great service and outstanding technicians. They came out today to check on a non-functional furnace and fixed it quickly. There were some other potential fixes that could cause problems down the line and the tech fixed them while he worked. They were very prompt and explained everything clearly.

Don was at all times very professional and knowledgeable, and at the same time courteous, gracious, and pleasant to work with. He gave practical advice about recurring maintenance issues. Michael did a great job explaining what I needed to know about my furnace filters and about caring for my hvac system, and why I what kind of maintenance I need to do for my dryer venting system and for my air ducts. He was great at showing exactly what the issues are. He’s very personable and was open to any questions I had. I highly recommend him!

Shay was outstanding. Excellent communication and thoroughness. Expertly diagnosed and explained our situation and presented options for repair/replacement. She was also sensitive to our financial concerns. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Our technician AbhishantChaudhary did Ann excellent job doing our yearly maintenance and cleaning. He also recommended a surge protector for our heat pump so we had him install that too. He answered all hour questions and was very courteous. We will be requesting Greenwood Heating to send him back next year.

Jose was a consummate professional. He was diligent, thorough, and expedient. His debrief after service conveyed these same qualities. I recommend Greenwood completely.

Great service from both Whitney at the office and Chris the technician. Chris took the time to answer questions, explain things and walk me through what was being done and what was needed. Great customer service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Greenwood Heating and AC replaced my Hot Water Tank today. From the visit for an estimate to the choice of product to installing, all was completed professionally. My replaced tank was removed from my home as well. Service person, Joseph Hamad, did a professional job and answered any questions I had about the product and process.

Lake called before he arrived, showed up when he said he would, had a friendly and helpful energy, communicated clearly and thoroughly, and did a complete maintenance servicing. Even in the late afternoon he was “naturally caffeinated” with positive attitude and clearly cared about his work and the people he helps. Good job!

Jordan showed up at the expected time, listened to what we explained was our issue and then consciously went about working on remedying the issue. He spent a good hour or more rectifying what our problem was and in the end, we’re very happy with the results.

I received a great price for installing AC and a new furnace. The process was smooth from start to finish. Our installers, led by Alex, were friendly and answered any and all questions throughout installation. Would definitely recommend!
