Full system maintenance on my place is quite lengthy and I've got a few complicated areas but Tyree took on the challenge to make sure everything was completed. Very friendly service and happy with the honest recommendations after maintenance was done.

Thuan was great. He explained what was going on with our furnace and explained the options to repair or replace it. We will request him in the future.

Great service and outstanding technicians. They came out today to check on a non-functional furnace and fixed it quickly. There were some other potential fixes that could cause problems down the line and the tech fixed them while he worked. They were very prompt and explained everything clearly.

Michael did a great job explaining what I needed to know about my furnace filters and about caring for my hvac system, and why I what kind of maintenance I need to do for my dryer venting system and for my air ducts. He was great at showing exactly what the issues are. He’s very personable and was open to any questions I had. I highly recommend him!

Our technician AbhishantChaudhary did Ann excellent job doing our yearly maintenance and cleaning. He also recommended a surge protector for our heat pump so we had him install that too. He answered all hour questions and was very courteous. We will be requesting Greenwood Heating to send him back next year.

Greenwood Heating and AC replaced my Hot Water Tank today. From the visit for an estimate to the choice of product to installing, all was completed professionally. My replaced tank was removed from my home as well. Service person, Joseph Hamad, did a professional job and answered any questions I had about the product and process.

Lake called before he arrived, showed up when he said he would, had a friendly and helpful energy, communicated clearly and thoroughly, and did a complete maintenance servicing. I recently had my hot water tank replaced. Austin did a great job. He answered a lot of questions about how I can take care of the new tank and figured out a way to improve the drainage from my laundry sink. Have used Greenwood for other services and they have always done a great job.

Luke was most helpful and knowledgeable. I called at the end of the day for a boiler that wasn’t making heat. Greenwood had Luke head over there in short order and he got it running in no time. I have been using Greenwood for our HVAC needs for over 20 years now, and they are the best. They are more expensive than many, but you get what you pay for. I like that we usually get the same tech every time, and our radiant heating requires a more senior tech. They send their tech, Rick, every time, and he is awesome.
