These guys are great! Corey Bishop was the tech, and he got my furnace working within hours, even with having to go get the replacement part. He's friendly, helpful, explained things to me and answered my questions. Awesome and timely service.

Greenwood Heating has been taken care of us for many years now. Eddie, the technician that came out for our annual furnace maintenance did a thorough job of it. He was prompt, courteous, and answered all our questions. He gave us great advice on programming our thermostat along with suggestions for safe and long term care for our furnace.

Thuan was able to work with and I felt his opinions shared was honest

Shay was outstanding. Excellent communication and thoroughness. Expertly diagnosed and explained our situation and presented options for repair/replacement. She was also sensitive to our financial concerns. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Just has a friend call to take a look at her dads in wall heater that he payed $1500+ to get installed, they shut it off at the panel saying “it’s the panel and wires that are bad needs a new panel we can’t finish the heater until we do the upgrade $15kplus” they wired the heater wrong and lied to the poor… Read full review

Greenwood Heating & Home Services is a fantastic Team! They did an excellent repair on our Navien double boiler system - professional, effective, and efficient.

Alex (and Joseph) were just great: courteous; knowledgeable; really focused on doing the installation of the hot water heater absolutely correctly. Our basement stairs are narrow, and they were careful about taking out the old heater and putting in the new one. We couldn't be happier!

Felix was kind, courteous & professional. He was a joy to listen to, and gave a thorough explanation of his assessment with pictures& video. He was very willing to try replacing a part but there was no guarantee it would not fix the problem permanently on an old furnace with hard to find parts.

Although the news was not great, Luke was efficient with his work in cleaning up our system and assessing the ultimate failure of our blower motor. He offered us the options for repair or a replacement system and helped weigh the options. He’ll be back tomorrow for blower motor replacement to get heat back on before Thanksgiving!

Greenwood Heating was great to work with. Felix did a wonderful job explaining what was wrong with my furnace, and what repair could be put off. I really appreciated the lack of mansplaining!!

We’ve been pleased with our current experience. Everything has been top notch, crystal clear email / text with a competent and thoughtful technician (Tu N.). It’s worth it regardless of the situation you’re in. Definitely a better experience than Beacon Plumbing (poor customer service and questionable techs).

These guys came through when two other companies were unavailable and telling me stories. Tu is the guy you want knocking on your door when your boiler is down. He found the issue other techs missed and had it fixed less than 4 hours after my first call.

Service tech was awesome. Courteous, on time, explained everything, answered all my questions, and when service & repair was complete my house was immaculate as if he had never been there. My system is working more efficiently than before. Perfect!

Today’s Greenwood technician was prompt, courteous, and technically excellent — as always! These guys are uniformly professional and set the standard!

Fast, friendly and efficient. Good communication and customer service.

On time, courteous, and professional. After our nearly 30 year furnace finally went kaput, we decided to add on a heat pump with the new furnace. It was a 2 day job and we had already been without heat for a week. The crew went above and beyond, staying a little later, to get our furnace running before the end of first day. We were able to have someone come out in 1 day to service our heater as we had no hot water or heat. They were very thorough in their analysis of what was wrong and immediately gave us options to fix the parts. And they were quick to schedule the repairs. Great service!!
