Greenwood Heating and Home Services

Great service. Our vents have never been cleaner! Highly recommend.

These guys are great! Corey Bishop was the tech, and he got my furnace working within hours, even with having to go get the replacement part. He's friendly, helpful, explained things to me and answered my questions. Awesome and timely service.

Greenwood Heating has been taken care of us for many years now. Eddie, the technician that came out for our annual furnace maintenance did a thorough job of it. He was prompt, courteous, and answered all our questions. He gave us great advice on programming our thermostat along with suggestions for safe and long term care for our furnace.

Thuan was able to work with and I felt his opinions shared was honest

Joe Johnson is that guy. He was on time and also took the time to explain everything to me. I had no idea what my heating system was until he came by. Thanks Joe!

Great service, professional and caring. Thanks for your help in diagnosing our furnace issue

Friendly and efficient service.

I had the best service for my new HVAC system. I received my in depth proposal and the technician was well trained. I was given the time to set up installation for payment and the time for installation, all was a great experience. Juan, help me with all of the understanding of price and products, very… Read full review

I believe that if there was a communication over phone that the email with details of date time tech’s name etc should say minimum amount of service call is $XXX.00 Service guy was professional and did a thorough check of our water heater Lynard

Shay was outstanding. Excellent communication and thoroughness. Expertly diagnosed and explained our situation and presented options for repair/replacement. She was also sensitive to our financial concerns. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Just has a friend call to take a look at her dads in wall heater that he payed $1500+ to get installed, they shut it off at the panel saying “it’s the panel and wires that are bad needs a new panel we can’t finish the heater until we do the upgrade $15kplus” they wired the heater wrong and lied to the poor… Read full review

I cannot commend Greenwood enough for their fast, friendly and excellent service! No, they did not pay me or give me a discount to say this. They did however, come out and fix my heat pump in 5 minutes! Abinesh then proceeded to check over every square inch of the unit, my furnace then performed a service as I… Read full review

Absolutely the best and friendliest service! They have been servicing our furnace annually since installing it several years ago and we've also called them out for several plumbing projects. Everyone we've worked with has been professional and helpful. So nice to have a service we feel we can trust.

Greenwood Heating & Home Services is a fantastic Team! They did an excellent repair on our Navien double boiler system - professional, effective, and efficient.

Alex (and Joseph) were just great: courteous; knowledgeable; really focused on doing the installation of the hot water heater absolutely correctly. Our basement stairs are narrow, and they were careful about taking out the old heater and putting in the new one. We couldn't be happier!

Jordan from Greenwood Heating Helped us with our 18 Year old Furnace and gave as all the options to fix or Replace. Thank you.

Joshua was efficient and expedient in his diagnostic assessment.

The issue with my furnace is not straightforward. The Heating Technician Paul, was patient, courteous, empathetic. After listening to my description of the Furnace’s issues, he examined it, explained possible causes and then spoke with the manufacturer to glean more insights regarding the most logical way forward.… Read full review

Love their availability and techs/tradespeople. The maintenance plan has been worth it for the past few years. Our water heater replacement was a really great experience.

Felix is a brilliant technician. He is very knowledgeable and through. He and Greenwood Heating are class acts. We have been loyal customers of Greewood Heating for years. I highly recommend them.

Showed up same day, super friendly and fixed my heating issue in 20min.

Prompt service. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Will use again.

Great service: on time, professional, helpful, courteous …

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Greenwood Heating. From start to finish, their honesty, professionalism, and accountability have been exceptional — the kind of service that turns a first‑time customer into a customer for life. Tu was great! He showed up early, diagnosed our problem, and had us back up and running in a matter of hours (he had to leave to go get a part). We appreciated his professionalism and quality of work. We would highly recommend him and Greenwood. Thank you, Tu!

We had Greenwood Heating install a Heat Pump with A/C, replace our 20 year old gas furnace and install an EV vehicle charger. The crews arrived on time and finished their work as stated with no disruption to our use of the house with no residual cleanup needed. The guys were very courteous and well trained in their… Read full review

Great fast and reliable service.

Emilio was great, was able to come out same day. Very knowledgeable and responsive!

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and a good listener, Greenwood Heating's Emilio LaBier was great. Thank you, Emilio!

Great!!! Super friendly. Technician Corey was very knowledgeable and personable. He found the issue quickly and fixed it. Very, very helpful!! So happy my heat is back on! Scheduling was very easy, too - they even called me back after I booked online to see if I wanted an earlier available appointment. I highly recommend this company!

Reliable. Thoughtful. Great service. Great communication! Branden was great.

Great experience, tech was very good.

On time and competent!

Felix was kind, courteous & professional. He was a joy to listen to, and gave a thorough explanation of his assessment with pictures& video. He was very willing to try replacing a part but there was no guarantee it would not fix the problem permanently on an old furnace with hard to find parts.

Although the news was not great, Luke was efficient with his work in cleaning up our system and assessing the ultimate failure of our blower motor. He offered us the options for repair or a replacement system and helped weigh the options. He’ll be back tomorrow for blower motor replacement to get heat back on before Thanksgiving!

Short wait for appointment. Tech’s were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately they discovered a problem with our furnace heat exchanger and we have decided to replace the furnace, using the same company. Furnace replaced 2 days after we found it needed to be replaced. Also got a new water heater since… Read full review

Greenwood Heating was great to work with. Felix did a wonderful job explaining what was wrong with my furnace, and what repair could be put off. I really appreciated the lack of mansplaining!!

We’ve been pleased with our current experience. Everything has been top notch, crystal clear email / text with a competent and thoughtful technician (Tu N.). It’s worth it regardless of the situation you’re in. Definitely a better experience than Beacon Plumbing (poor customer service and questionable techs).

These guys came through when two other companies were unavailable and telling me stories. Tu is the guy you want knocking on your door when your boiler is down. He found the issue other techs missed and had it fixed less than 4 hours after my first call.

Service tech was awesome. Courteous, on time, explained everything, answered all my questions, and when service & repair was complete my house was immaculate as if he had never been there. My system is working more efficiently than before. Perfect!

Today’s Greenwood technician was prompt, courteous, and technically excellent — as always! These guys are uniformly professional and set the standard!

The Greenwood technician that made a visit to my house was very helpful, professional, and informational. I very much appreciated his time and visit. My technician Aryan was very knowledgeable with how everything worked together, between my heat pump, the furnace, and the thermostat. Thank you for your great service.

Daniel was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient.

Felix was amazing, extremely professional and helped me understand everything he was doing. He detected a minor gas leak and stayed late to get it resolved. Cant recommend him enough!

Installation was fast and efficient.

We needed our furnace tuned-up and called Greenwood Heating & Home Services. The technician was excellent and provided very thorough service. We opted to join service plan which included next years maintenance. Technician explained all details of job, and potential services needed to keep system running well

Caution...understand their business model. This review is about the company policies, not the technician, who was great. Last winter my 3 year old furnace failed. I diagnosed the problem as a failed control board. When i researched a replacement delivery was going to be 10 days out, so i decided to try these… Read full review

Fast, friendly and efficient. Good communication and customer service.

On time, courteous, and professional. After our nearly 30 year furnace finally went kaput, we decided to add on a heat pump with the new furnace. It was a 2 day job and we had already been without heat for a week. The crew went above and beyond, staying a little later, to get our furnace running before the end of first day. Thank you JP and team!

I had Michelle come out to do way overdue maintenance on my heat pump and Paul came out to replace a broken thermostat. Both were great and got me back on track with a fully functioning system again. They presented me with options including pros and cons so I felt like I could make an informed decision. It's… Read full review

Greenwood Heating & Home came to our house to install a new furnace. They were excellent. They were on time, professional, answered all questions, and did an overall wonderful job for us. Replacing a furnace was stressful, and they really helped to mitigate this stress for our family. Thank you, Edwin & Kara

Our A/C was not flowing cool air and we learned it was a furnace issue. Abinesh was so kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Thank you for returning our home to a comfortable temperature, as soon as possible!

We were able to have someone come out in 1 day to service our heater as we had no hot water or heat. They were very thorough in their analysis of what was wrong and immediately gave us options to fix the parts. And they were quick to schedule the repairs. Great service!!

They were efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Every technician from Greenwood (and we have had perhaps 12-15 individuals in our houses over the years) has been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and always creative and good natured when needing to solve a problem. I'm always worried about furnace repairs. They can get pricey pretty quick. But Greenwood Heating was extremely fair and professional and went the extra mile to make sure my furnace was in good working order for this winter. Would highly recommend.

Within about two hours of calling about a potential gas leak from the furnace area, Jacob was at the house checking the furnace Greenwood installed as well as the water heater. Very responsive and thorough service (he spent two hours making sure everything was safe). A great experience and the company I always turn to for HVAC.

Blake was squared away and very knowledgeable. Greenwood is the best HVAC service I have had at any of my properties. Definitely choose Greenwood and sign up for the membership. What a great business model 👏 👌 😍

Pleasant, professional, responsive. We have been pleased with their services.

I employed Greenwood for my personal residence repair. Heat pump failed during cold snap in early Dec. 2022. Needed emergency service which Greenwood advertises. They could not get anyone there until Jan 3. That was earliest of all companies I called. Good thing I could burn wood. Young service man showed on time.… Read full review

Great and professional service

Excellent workmanship, quality, value, service, and contentiousness.

Al listened to my issues and reviewed the whole heating system - the furnace, the thermostat, the registers, ductwork, and filter setup. He made some adjustments and suggestions and everything works well now.

Service person showed up at 5:30pm and stayed until 9ish to make sure we had heat!!! Our house was about 50 degrees and getting colder with the snow coming. Thank you Thank you!!! Definitely will use this company again!

Mohammed, my technician, went over and above and o hope he will be my technician for life he is a great communicator and knows his business . He made me feel very confident that he will do the very best for me.

We had our annual service by Mohammed Rizwan. Excellent service and he found a serious problem with our 12 year old furnace that required a full replacement. Great workforce - their techs are super knowledgeable and go above and beyond when servicing my house! Cameron R (one of the techs) does amazing work fixing issues that come up and is super professional!!

Greenwood Heating and Air can be summed up in one word: professional. Ben from Greenwood was awesome! He got to our house on time, diagnosed the problem, found the part we needed, then returned the next day to install the part so we could have heat! I would recommend Greenwood heating to anyone.

I woke up during the 2021 cold snap to a very frigid house and a non-responsive furnace.
