Greenwood Heating and Home Services

We cannot recommend Greenwood enough! They were very professional throughout the process. They serviced our old furnace and water heater, and installed our new furnace, heat pump, and tankless water heater. They did an amazing job, and prices beat out all of the other vendors in the area for comparable equipment… Read full review

They were on time, cleaned up afterwards, excellent job, patiently explained the new system to us. Pricing very reasonable.

Blake was squared away and very knowledgeable. Greenwood is the best HVAC service I have had at any of my properties. Definitely choose Greenwood and sign up for the membership. What a great business model 👏 👌 😍

These guys are pros! I appreciate their assessment of the electrical panel and earthquake shutoff valve outside.

Great quality work, high quality equipment, very friendly, super professional. On the expensive side for maintenance and repairs, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Overall very satisfied and they stand behind their work.

2021: Spent $22,000 for a new furnace and HVAC system. After only a few years the thermostat stopped working (2024). Called Greenwood; diagnostic technician $330. The tech got it working again and said his work has a 30 day warranty. Not two hours later, same thing; the thermostat stopped working. Called… Read full review

Very professional and did a great job on the install and explaining all the equipment.

I'm a 30 year customer, and for a long time Greenwood was a fine company, and worth the extra money, but this has changed dramatically over the last few years, and I would suggest that you go elsewhere, since they no longer seem to care about customers, relationships, loyalty, reponsiveness, and reasonable pricing.… Read full review

We have had Tyler and Cameron out to our home several times for a variety of projects. They thoroughly inspected our electrical system to ensure that everything is working properly (and found some safety issues, which they addressed). They have also installed new light fixtures, security cameras, and set up our… Read full review

I recently had Greenwood Heating remove my old oil furnace and replace it with a Trane Air Handler with outside Heat Pump. They also installed a new thermostat and cleaned the ventilation ducts. They also upgraded the existing power panel to a larger new model. I couldn't be happier with the installation. They were… Read full review

Greenwood Heating & Air was professional and so quick! They were able to complete the HVAC install in less time and they were very clear and transparent with the whole process from planning to installation. Lori was great and helped us with all our questions. Would recommend!

Sam and Alec removed old furnace and installed heat pump/AC/thermostat in two days. Before starting the job, Sam walked through the location while explaining install and after finishing the install, covered what we can expect and answered all our questions. Very happy with the professionalism and experience of Sam and Alec.

Greenwood has been good to work with. Kyler did a great job helping us find a heating system and was able to accommodate our need for a slightly unusual layout. Nathan and his crew installed the system and were professional and thorough. They were confident, cheerful and very hard-working technicians. We chose a… Read full review

They've installed a heating system, a tankless water heater, cleaned ducts and maintained everthing for us. Great, smart people who explain everything and never pressure. We've used Greenwood Heating for over 20 years. They installed and maintain our gas furnace and hot water tank. The company has been reliable, responsive, competent and professional. We are moving out of their service area, which is really sad becuase they have done such a wonderful job. I wish we could take them with us!

AWESOME! These guys are the absolute best in Seattle. We just had a complete HVAC replacement installed (like everyone around here, it seems) and from start to finish it was a top-notch, professional, stellar experience. I think there are a lots of newby companies out to make a quick buck (I've even heard that… Read full review

After talking to several other heating and cooling companies, we decided to go with Greenwood to install a new hvac system. We replaced our old original furnace with a high efficiency variable speed heat pump and new matching gas furnace. To say we are pleased is a huge understatement. Worked with Greenwood's Rod Milne who guided us (with great options and no pressure) in the purchase of a new Mitsubishi Heat Pump and Air Handler, installed in our home this week. Great product, great service, and great technicians--Will, Keaton, Jacob, and Luis. Thank you all for a job well done!

Greenwood removed our oil furnace and installed a new HVAC system. The job took four very full days and the team was amazing the entire week. Sam K and Berto M took great care during installation of our home, keeping us included in communications, trying to keep any new pipes/hoses/wires footprint to a minimum. They… Read full review
