Absolutely brilliant service to address a burst pipe off our water heater. We were on the cusp of a serious home wrecking situation and Greenwood saved the day with outstanding technical service and made time to get to us same day! Thank you!!

Service technician was on time and very professional. Replaced Insinkerator. Quick work. Price seemed high but tough to compare as they quoted whole job, parts and service together. I would definitely recommend company and plan to use them for other projects going forward.

Lucas was great! He did the planned spout replacement in our shower, and when we realized there was also a problem with the shower head he was able to replace that as well with one he had in his truck. Friendly and efficient!

It’s already leaking again. Hours later. I’m so frustrated and not amused.

Had my water intake pipe burst yesterday - greenwood got a tech out quickly, and despite it being late in the day Tate went the extra mile to help me save money and get the repair done same day - he was extremely professional and competent . 10/10 would call again.

Tanner, Tristan and Ryan were the mitigation technicians on my project and they were super communicative and efficient with their work. Tanner was very knowledgeable in working with insurance for damage/mitigation coverage and was able to help advise in communication with our insurance. Would definitely recommend this team!

Summar was amazing! She came right on time, was fast and efficient and explained everything well. She was also transparent about pricing options for the plumbing issues. So friendly and knowledgeable and would love to use her for any future issues that may arise!

We just had Summar from Greenwood come and fix a clog in our bathroom--outstanding customer service, clearly explained all the possible options and what the cost/time would be, and was able to clear it with the least invasive option! Would definitely recommend

Tyler tracked down the correct replacement water cartridge for our not-so-common faucet. He was very professional in all of his work.

We had Ben out again, 2 times in 2 weeks. On the previous visit we had talked about replacing the water heater since it was having some problems and it was almost 10 years old. After scheduling, Ben arrived and got the replacement done well within the scheduled time frame. Ben was again super friendly and professional!

30 minute job. + 1 hour to get the part (not sure why they don't ask for a picture so they can pick up the part prior). Service was great, just 3-4X what it should cost $800+ is robbery. I've learned my lesson.

Caveat Emptor! Tried to save some money with online filters. Ended up with restricted airflow and furnace short cycling and almost $400. Mike and Hugo did great diagnosing the problem.

I had dripping faucet that needed repair and Greenwood and Tate did a great job. Fast response and he explained my options clearly. Then we needed follow up on a toilet issue and ended up buying a couple toilets and having Tate install those. Thank you for the fast and friendly service!
