Great job with after hours repair of our mini-split.

Rafael from Greenwood Heating installed my Ecobee Premium thermostat this week. He arrived on time and let me know when he was on his way. He did a great job and took care to clean everything up once he finished. He also gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions and walked me through the setup. I'm impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness.

They were able to squeeze me in and send someone out to repair my furnace the same day.

I cannot commend Greenwood enough for their fast, friendly and excellent service! No, they did not pay me or give me a discount to say this. These guys are pros! I appreciate their assessment of the electrical panel and earthquake shutoff valve outside.

Great quality work, high quality equipment, very friendly, super professional. On the expensive side for maintenance and repairs, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Overall very satisfied and they stand behind their work.

John is a consummate professional. He has a deep understanding of HVAC systems. He went the extra mile for me to repair my HVAC system before I left for vacation. I highly recommend Greenwood Heating and John in particular.

They are very responsive and have helped us when the heating died a few years ago. We got a new furnace and recently installed new AC. Very personable people and reasonable prices.

Reliable company, friendly service. We've been loyal customers for over 20 years in several locations. (When we remodeled our current home, the contractor used another firm which caused headaches for us. Greenwood Heating fixed those problems and continues to provide maintenance.)

Not only was the problem solved, but he gave me some good tips on how to better utilize my heat pump.

Great workforce - their techs are super knowledgeable and go above and beyond when servicing my house! Cameron R (one of the techs) does amazing work fixing issues that come up and is super professional!!

We were charged over 300.00 for them to come out and look at our furnace because it was not blowing out warm air. The technician came out and said that the heat had come back on (it had briefly) so he did a maintenance and checked off something called the flame rod as fine. We've used Greenwood Heating for over 20 years. They installed and maintain our gas furnace and hot water tank. The company has been reliable, responsive, competent and professional. We are moving out of their service area, which is really sad becuase they have done such a wonderful job. I wish we could take them with us!

The motor of our heat pump died suddenly. Greenwood was able to get a tech out to us at a time that was perfect for our schedule.
