New post, 10/27/2026: Rob and Cyrus came to address a leaking kitchen sink faucet and an issue with an outside faucet. While completing the work for the outside faucet, Rob was able to address a rusted off switch on my sump pump. Very grateful that could be taken care of as well! Everything looks, and works, great now! Grey Plumbing is really top notch and I’m grateful to be able to depend on them for quality and reasonably priced work! Their staff (office and technicians) are all very friendly, professional, and great at their jobs. Five stars! Previous posting: My water heater was leaking and Jamie from Grey Plumbing was able to get me in for a replacement the very next day (they would have squeezed me the same day but the time didn’t work for me)! She was able to provide me with an all-in price when I made the appointment. Shawn kept in touch with me via phone on appointment day and was able to move up my time slot (win for us both!). Kyle and Dan were the plumbers who did the replacement. They were very professional and left a tidy work space. They did a great job of explaining everything to me. I’ve had Kyle out for a previous job, so I was glad to have him return! Dan was a great add! Great experience, per usual! I highly recommend Grey Plumbing!

I would definitely recommend that you hire him, and I will use them again the next time that I need plumbing and handyman work. Unlike many large companies, Jeff is the type of guy who is more concerned about keeping you as a client than he is keeping his boss and the company shareholders happy by overcharging you and selling staff that you don't need. Thanks Jeff for a great customer experience.

Grey Plumbing is terrific - very professional and responsive. I had several tasks to be done - a toilet issue, a very noisy ejector valve in my basement, a shower/tub that water from the tub tap didn't run, a shower in the Master with a seized handle and a 9-year-old sump pump I wanted replaced. Rob was methodical and worked his way through all of these tasks. He demonstrated his expertise and worked hard to fix some tricky situations. The cost was very reasonable. Grey Plumbing is my go-to for plumbing.
