Very professional and I wouldnt think of using another firm
A couple of Jeff’s guys (sorry, I forgot your names) came to replace our water heater! 1st time and no leaks! Thanks!
On time, courteous, knowledgeable, complete
Great service! Arrived early and got the job done. Chris was very friendly and did a great job. We're very pleased!
Very quick and efficient. Guys were able to quickly diagnosis and solve the problem. Always know the job will be done right when we have them on site.
Kyle and his assistant did great work. Would highly recommend.
Quick response and professional service as always.
Grey Plumbing came out same day even though it wasn't an emergency and diagnosed our water heater issue. They were honest about continuing to repair or replacing the unit. We are replacing the water heater and amazingly they are coming back tomorrow to do just that. Amazing company and would recommend them to anyone, anytime.
Grey Plumbing are our heros! Everyone there is top notch: office staff, technicians, and Mr. Jeff himself-- everyone is incredible! We have had a few plumbing nightmares the past year and Grey has been there to solve them all. They are responsive, reliable, kind, and above all professional and just straight up good…
I have used them for about 3 years always does a great job.
Avery at Greys Plumbing installed my R.O System, replaced 2 shut offs under my kitchen sink and ran a new water line from the R.O to the fridge. A couple months back he replaced my hose Bibb out front and shut offs at the washer box. He did a stellar job both visits and I couldn’t recommend him more for his…
Great local Indiana company & always a great experience with Grey Plumbing. They are in and out, and very professional. Everything always gets completed to the best of the plumbing standards, and at a good price!
John, did an amazing job replacing our water heater.
Communication is very important in my mind. And they did an excellent job with communicating from texting, calls and keeping me informed of the status of the guys coming out. They were efficient, quick, professional and on time. I highly recommend them for your plumbing need.
Shawn was great while replacing our water heater. We have used Grey plumbing for a few other plumbing needs and I've never been disappointed in their services or charges.
Very professional and polite. Work was done quickly . Would highly recommend.
Excellent service at a fair price. Jeff and all the crew are fantastic. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic work. Jeff was great to work with and prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional as well as reasonably priced.
Always excellent service, fair pricing and they always go the extra mile. Have used Grey plumbing now for multiple projects/fixes and always happy with the results.
We have used this company for a small fix before, but they were so responsive when we called with a broken water heater. We called around 8 am and had the whole unit replaced before noon. The price was well within the range we were quoted by other companies and they recommended a better (more cost-effective) option…
Highly recommended. They are very responsive. They do great work. And the prices are fair.
Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. If you are in need of plumbing work, Jeff should be your first and only call. When people say, I’ve got “a guy”, this is what you hope for. Professional, knowledgeable, personable and very reasonably priced. Won’t call anyone else!
Did an excellent job, would highly recommend.
