Grey Plumbing came out same day even though it wasn't an emergency and diagnosed our water heater issue. They were honest about continuing to repair or replacing the unit. We are replacing the water heater and amazingly they are coming back tomorrow to do just that. Amazing company and would recommend them to anyone, anytime.

Grey Plumbing Service was excellent. Avery text me ahead. Began work immediately on my hot water heater! Replaced both coils and cleaned his mess infront of the water heater. Even went out of his way to get a cap for the bottom spout. Was really affordable! I am VERY pleased! Ahh Hot water once again! THANK YOU Grey Plumbing and THANK YOU AVERY!!!

AVERY was GREAT!!!.... He got right to work and got the old connectors off and the new ones on to replace one that had busted... He had to work hard in getting the heater restarted since the water had caused a vapor sensor to trip locking the unit down... He stuck with it and got it up and running again... Will definitely use the guys from Grey again
