Great response time. Brandon Malone was our tech and did a great job on communicating with me on the problem and was quick to walk me through the process. One thing I loved is not trying to sell me unnecessary services. Overall 5 stars for the tech.
Brandon was very professional, punctual, and took care of the hornets. I would highly recommend Griffin as the entire process from scheduling, servicing and billing was seamless. He also shared a bit of knowledge about the need to protect pollinators such as honey bees.

Chad did an amazing job! He took care of ALL the hives, Bald face hornets and European paper wasps both had huge hives in areas used quite frequently with lots kids. He also did a prevention treatment all in one visit. He was professional very knowledgeable and was not scared of a single flying insect.
