If you want to take your kids to the next level bring him to coach Washington! There’s a lot of people out there trying to do this, but Terrel is the real deal. My boy Nino gets so many compliments in basketball and all the credit goes to hard work and coach Washington. Nino was not it only playing middle school basketball in fourth grade but was chosen as middle school basketball player of the year. And I say this not to brag on Nino, but coach had him ready!!!! The agility and strength that coach has taught Nino, nobody gettin by him when he’s on defense. Nobody! We have been with coach for about four years now and the growth and improvement I’ve seen in Nino is remarkable. BUT…. Not only is Terrell an amazing trainer and mentor, but he is so much more than that. He is a man of God and teaches discipline, respect, confidence, how important grades are and just so much more. I cannot say enough good things about grind house and look forward to more years with coach Washington. I trust him completely with Nino’s development!!!!!

What we appreciate most about Coach Washington is that he cares about so much more than just athletic performance. He is always pushing my son to work harder, believe in himself, and reach his potential. At the same time, he emphasizes being humble, respectful, hardworking, and a good person.
Coach Washington truly invests in these kids—not only in helping them become better athletes, but in helping them grow into kind, humble young men. We are so thankful for the time, encouragement, and belief he continues to pour into our son. We highly recommend Ground House and Coach Washington!

Grind House, Coach T, and Coach AC have been amazing for my two sons’ athletic development! They both participate in the strength and conditioning and speed and agility training, which are helping them to develop the skills, confidence, and work ethic to step their game up to the next level. I couldn’t recommend them more for their ability to unlock a kids potential in a structured, safe, and competitive environment. Coach T has been amazing and goes above and beyond in his investment with the boys. He even shows up to practices and games to see how their hard work is translating to the field and to breakdown how he can adjust his training to address any issues. Highly recommended!

Knowing how to foster the latent talent out of an athlete is Terrell’s specialty. He can look at your athlete and see what is in need to pull out what appeared to be hidden. He knows when to be intense and when to be instructive, maximizing the potentials of training. He has assisted in developing our son to possess non-hesitancy in attacking an offender in football. Such a skill helped him to be one of the players of the week. We can’t commend Coach Washington more for his fantastic work. Thanks Terrell!!

I’ve been knowing coach Terrell for many years. We met when my oldest was in the fifth grade through a mutual friend. He coached my sons basketball team. Shortly after, Grind House Sports was established. I have 3 boys and coach Terrell has trained them all. Coach is very knowledgeable in speed and conditioning, nutrition, strength training, and of course football just to name a few. All of my boys play football, the oldest is already playing D1 and the younger 2 have committed to a D1 program. God willing they will sign their LOI in December. Coach has had a HUGE part in their development and my family is extremely grateful for Grind House!
