I LOVE this place. Views of the water and the natural light-filled studio are only topped by the thoughtful, caring, and talented instructors. So far, I’ve taken Pilates and yoga classes, and can’t wait to try more. Highly recommend!

A beautiful space with a great location. All of the classes and equipment you could want or need. I loved the Gentle Yoga class I took on Friday afternoon with the owner Mariela. I am excited for upcoming events and offerings and to pop into classes when I am in town.
Honestly wasn't a yoga guy before this. Started tagging along to the sculpt class and now I'm the one asking when the next one is. It's a real workout, hour goes by fast, and everybody there is welcoming whether you're brand new or you've been at it for years. Highly recommend if you're in the Sandpoint area and want something different than the gym.
