Absolutely amazing experience! I think this is the best my hair has ever looked and I have already rebooked :)
Shane and Ashley are my faves for a great cut and style. Everyone in the office is friendly and service is excellent. I am always impressed by the attention to sustainability from recycling to the use of eco-friendly products. No nasties in this salon. I can breathe easily.

I have been trusting Kip Allen with my hair color for many many years and I would honestly follow him anywhere. He has recently moved to Grow in Knoxville and I was blown away by my experience there.
Kip is an absolute next tier artist at what he does. He has for many years always been able to capture exactly what I envision every single time he works his magic. He is truly one of a kind.
His new home at Grow is incredible. From the first moment I walked in the salon I was so impressed with the hospitality of the staff and the beautiful, warm, inviting atmosphere of the salon. Shane Archer personally introduced himself to me and solidified my first impression of him and his salon as being top notch.
If you are looking for an elite colorist who genuinely cares about his clients and his craft I say run don’t walk to Kip’s new home at Grow.
