I didn't like the fact that the guy on the phone gave me one price, and in person I got another one. Besides that, good service
Guardian Fire technician Dave Gordon was outstanding to work with today. He was punctual, mannerly, and very informative while answering my questions. He came in and got right to work and left the place better than he found it. Thanks again.
We are just beginning our building fire alarm monitoring service and I am very impressed with all 5 of the above qualities. Especially the response time and ease of getting help with issues when needed.
The Technician was prompt and did this inspection in a professional manner. He also went out of his way to help me understand requirements to achieve life safety. I would highly recommend this Technician and company.
