I've been using GCATR for about 20 years now. They were recommended to me by a friend and I've never switched. I guess it's a matter of trust. Good work. Good price. And I trust that they'll do the right thing.
Gulf Coast Auto Repair did a great job on my Ram RHO. Got in quick and they change my old and oil filter quick. Fast and good service. I’d go back again.
Great place and professional staff. Communication was quick and turn around time was fast. Nothing but positive things. Thanks again..

I have a commercial plumbing company and have been in business 40 years. I am happy to give this 5 Star review to Gulf Coast Auto & Truck. I have used Frank and his staff for at least 35 years on all my cars and trucks, and refer folks to them all of the time.
Would avoid at any cost, go anywhere else. $218 for looking under the hood and an oil change.
I would not take my car anywhere else!! These guys are amazing!! They always take the time to explain my repairs in detail and their repair time is very quick. If you’re looking for amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable mechanics / technicians, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Auto.
We always take our Ford F250 to Gulf Coast Auto and Truck Repair. They have fixed many things on our 25 year old truck. They do a great job and have good prices.
Called Gulf Coast and had the car towed there that day. They called the folling day and outlined the issue with the vehicle and cost to repair, and we agreed. We picked it up the next morning, and it is running great! Thank you Gulf Coast Auto & Truck Repair!

Great Business. Very honest, reliable and professional. We have been using them for 15 years and never had an issue. They are one of the best businesses where I spend my money. They are not out to misguide customers and have always been upfront with issues and costs. They fix things right the first time.
Very professional! Service was just like they told me it would be! Will definitely go to them with any future repairs!

A very knowledgable and professional team of people with a very realistic & hospitable welcome.
Excellent service and wonderful people.
I’ve heard good reviews about this shop from several people and when I was having an issue with my vehicle this week I decided to bring it to them. Frank was so friendly and made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with him. My car was ready the same day and has been driving smoothly ever since. I needed a…
Overall super friendly and helpful. Would probably trust them with more complicated issues or difficult repairs. With that said, I was charged a reasonable price to check and clean the brakes... but $45 for a tire rotation and $145 for an oil&filter change is definitely steep. Would recommend looking elsewhere for…
THE BEST mechanics and advisors I have ever experienced. Gabe and Casey are honest, skilled, and really took great care of my 13 year old car. Runs like new. If you are frustrated with bad mechanics, these guys are your solution. Again, THE BEST!!! Thank you Gabe and Casey, you have a customer for life.
GCA&TR performed oil change and replaced spark plugs as requested. Desk crew informed me of issue with oil consumption. Advised to check oil level every week. Appointment scheduled online and car repaired in 4 hours.
When I take my cars to get serviced at Gulf Coast I know it will get done right with quality workmanship and products. I am a repeat customer and will continue to get my cars serviced there 1998 Mustang GT PEACE!

Finished quickly without any hassle. The were able to quickly identify and fix the problem. I have taken multiple vehicles to them over the last ten years, and they have always done a good job. Usually, I am able to drop I off my vehicle by 7:30 am on any given morning, or the night before, and pick it up repaired by the end of the day.
Amazing service and good value. We recently left a garage after 6 years. We have a fleet of 12 vehicles and will be moving all of our business to them. Two cars this week and another one soon Terry D. TADA HOMES LLC
I’m a repeat customer of Gulf Coast truck & auto because they provide the best professional service in League City you want to expect from auto repair shop. I’ve had my 2009 Nissan Xterra repaired here when my alternator went out. I appreciate the fast turn around and fair market price. Keep up the fantastic work guys!
Great customer service and great work on my vehicle
I was looking for a shop to replace the motor in my vehicle after having another mechanic “work” on my vehicle and I decided to stop by Gulf Coast since they were local to me and had some really solid reviews. This ended up being one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made since not only did the shop let me know I…
Have been using Gulf Coast for about 30 years. Reasonable rates and quality work Like that they always try to use manufacturers parts so that repairs hold up and last. Highly recommended.
These guys are awesome. They called me back the same day with prices and recommendations and got me fixed and back on the road.
Had fuel system repaired, they fixed me up at a great price! Sent a friend for car repairs, another shop couldn't fix and bam! Another job done at a great price! Took my truck back for a different issue. BAM! Another great job at a fair price!
They are the best! Shout ot to Casey for being extra helpful. I've used them twice for different things and have always been treated with an above and beyond attitude. Thank you so much.
Very good experience. I brought my car in for maintenance and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. Honest service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Went in knowing that my car had specific issues, which they looked into and gave me a price , they also let me know of some other items to be pending and with a seperate price should I choose to do it, didnt feel like they were pushing it on either, just giving me a heads up since I asked for a diagnostic of…
Great staff and service. They had my car done the same day!
Golf Coast Auto took my car as a drop off because my engine light was on, and I didn't know what the problem was. They diagnosed it and got it back to me that day with information on what was causing the issue. I appreciated their time, care, honesty, and good communication.
I bring my truck here because they know what they are doing, they do it well, professional and honest!
I had a great experience at Gulf Coast Auto & Truck Repair. They completed a same-day turnaround repair on my 2000 Toyota 4Runner, which was huge for me. The price was fair, the work was done right, and there were no surprises. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, professional, and straightforward throughout the…
Well run shop. Courteous staff. The only shop to finally properly and honestly diagnose the problem with my vehicle. Other shops either tried to upsell or misdiagnosed issue. New customer gained here. Returning customer statement. Best run shop I have found in 40+ years in Houston area. I will not go to any other…

Super friendly and professional. Brought car in no notice, they took it same day, and had it turned around in 3 days. I have never suspected them to ever suggest service not needed. A quality go-to!
Good group of guy’s and lots of knowledge.
I’ve used these guys several times for various problems on my work truck, and every time they’ve been quick to diagnose, reach out, and have the problem solved at a reasonable price. Never had to take anything back that wasn’t done right the first time.
Have been bringing vehicles to Gulf Coast since my first truck at 16. They have always treated me with fairness and respect. Always willing to let me know what can wait and what needs to be done now. I won’t take a vehicle I own anywhere else.
Frank would send me text messages updates. Very important to keep the customer informed during extended repairs.
They have done lots of work on our vehicles and are always so professional and knowledgeable. Always a great job!
I’ve been using gulf coast auto and truck repair for years because they’re honest and good for repairs on my vehicles
Great service with a quick turnaround. One of the better shops around for mechanical work. Trying to keep this car for a while. Thanks guys!
If you are anywhere near League City and you need professional, technically competent, customer focus service use this repair shop. It is my first choice every time for any kind of mechanical repair to any of my vehicles.
I recently took my 2017 Toyota Tundra in for an oil change and to have the hoses, belt and brakes checked. Randy and the guys did a great job and checked everything. I was told when to bring it in again for maintainable according to Toyotas requirements. I was well pleased with the service I got and the cost was…
Daughter in town from college. Had squealing serpentine belt. Not sure if acpully was frozen. GCATR was able to check it out that morning and had her on the road before noon. Great company- quick, good communication, thorough repairs. Will use again.

My family has brought multiple vehicles here several times and have not been disappointed. Once again they knocked the repair out of the park last week and charged a very reasonable price.
Great service every time!!!!

GCA&T has always been the best with customer service. They are honest and do a great job!
Quality work, within the estimate, and on time. They answered all my questions. A good honest mechanic is hard to find. These guys are some of the best. You do get what you pay for.
Great customer service and problem solving! I will be back and send my friends and family!
Very good customer service. Checked our two vehicles and made a repair on one.
I been coming to gulf coast for over 5 years now. They are always quick to find the issue, honest about the repairs and fair with their cost.
Great place. They do great work.
Quick, affordable and friendly.
I have been bringing my jeep to them for over 15 years now. With the recent repairs, it drives better than it’s driven in a long time! Completely trustworthy, communicates issues well, reasonable costs, speedy service and always pleasurable to deal with.
I’ve exclusively used Gulf Coast Auto and Truck for about 3 years now and I have never been disappointed by their service. They are quick but do good work and are most importantly honest. They do excellent work, friendly and knowledgeable employees.
I've had my vehicle there several times, and I'll keep going back!
Brought in 2012 Mustang for estimate to repair transmission hose leak. Asked them to check for suspension rattle as well. Called me with estimate for leak repair; the Ford part was very expense and I elected not to have them complete the repair. I paid the diagnostic fee. They informed me that they had tightened up…
I’ve gone here for around a year - I highly recommend them. They do great work with fair pricing and are highly communicative. Thank you guys! :)
My car was ready to pick up on the same day it was looked at and the repairs cost less than I had expected. I called a couple of times for information and Randy was super helpful!
Fast repair
This was the first time I’d been there, but I would definitely go back. They took the time to troubleshoot the issue I was having and were very honest about it all. They didn’t try to sell me something that I may not need and I appreciate that. I also asked for an oil change after I got there and they had no problem doing that as well.
Randy made my first visit very comfortable. I quickly trusted and knew my vehicle was in good hands and at a fair price. If you live in the area Johnny will that you home if your vehicle is being kept. Johnny is a cool guy and very kind. Gulf Coast auto repair will definitely be my place to take my vehicle. I’m Blessed to have found them.

I went to this shop because of their great reviews on Google, Yelp, etc. I was not disappointed. The day before I went here I'd gone to a Firestone Auto Repair shop. They told me I needed to use the dealer because it was an electrical issue. That didn't sound right to me so I thought I'd try these folks. In very…

Much faster than a dealership and much less than the dealership. I trust them to diagnosis the problem correctly and fix it. Highly recommend you take your vehicle to them.
Great people, quick service, extremely friendly especially to young women who have no idea how cars work!
I was looking to purchase a vehicle from a dealer down the street and Randy quickly did a full inspection to let me know what I was looking at. He was able to do it same day turned it around quickly and gave me a great assessment of the vehicle to inform my decision. Would highly recommend and use again.

I went to this shop for the first time when my car started acting up on Friday. I had suspicions of what I thought may be wrong and asked if these things could be checked. It was my first time to use these guys and they did not disappoint. I dropped off my 2012 6.7L F-250 after hours for an oil leak.
