Reviewers describe the tax preparation process as quick, efficient, and stress-free, highlighting staff patience and clear explanations for clients. Clients appreciate the friendly, professional environment and the ability to answer questions thoroughly. However, some criticism exists regarding post-filing support, where callers report being transferred to remote locations with language barriers or receiving unhelpful responses. Incredible experience with Alma! Last year, filing our taxes was a complete disaster—we were left confused, and it took months to receive our return. This year was the total opposite. Alma took such great care of us and made the entire process clear and stress-free. We are so grateful for her help and will absolutely be returning in the future! 🙌🩷

The tax preparation went well, but once the funds are transferred, if there are any issues (1) no one will help you, they transfer you to Panama City and the person answering puts you on hold then transfers you to someone who cannot speak English well enough to help; (2) when you call the office back, the person answering says “why are you calling with an attitude?” I have used H&R Block services for many years, but I will not going forward. Once they have your return submitted it’s impossible to get help!
