Amber is the H&R lady that does my house cleaning. She is excellent! She is very thorough and a very nice lady. I highly recommend H&R. They were great when I had to reschedule the appointment .

The 2 ladies that came in did an outstanding job. I barely recognized the place I lived in for 5+ years. They were especially thorough. They didn't judge for how bad I let it get. They completely exceeded my expectations. I may have them do a monthly cleaning at my new place because of how great they did.

I have used H&R for years and have never been disappointed! They are so attentive to my schedule and work with me on adjusting recurring cleanings. Every cleaner who has come out has done an amazing job - I could write a post each time! Yesterday, Korynn took extra care with our shower and kitchen to leave our home sparkling!

Emily is so efficient and friendly, courteous, respectable, and tries to please her clients.
We have been using H&R Cleaning for a while and they do a great job. Genesis and Leslie have been doing a great job. We have had some trouble spots around the house but they have managed to make those spots disappear. They pay attention to the details when cleaning and we are very pleased.

H&R cleaning has been such a blessing to my household! Having them take over the weekly cleaning has allowed me to focus on so many other things.
Their techs are courteous, respectful of our home, and do an amazing job. This may sound silly, but every Monday when I walk into my home it literally feels as though it’s been cleaned with such love and care. I can’t really articulate it. It’s all in the little things.
H&R cleaning is not the only cleaning company we have used in the past, but they are definitely the only one we will be using going forward. From ownership to cleaning techs, the entire staff has been nothing but kind, thoughtful, and professional, and I love using a local, family owned and operated company.

I use H & R Cleaning because as a busy mom and business owner, it is so draining to worry about balancing all of the responsibilities. There is no better feeling than walking into your home after a long day and getting the kids home from school and seeing the vacuum lines in the carpet and knowing you did not have to do it. Or the fan blades dust free and the floors spotless. Not to mention the wonderful artistic master piece that was created on your toilet paper role! I look forward to using the toilet after a cleaning day so I can find the little surprise toilet paper flower waiting for me. LOL.
We do the flex plan, and this has made it more affordable for me! My daughter had even lost my wedding ring and I had spent weeks looking for it and one of the ladies found it in the most random corner of my home while cleaning and returned it to me! Nothing but great things to say.

We didn’t have the best experience with our cleaning. We keep our place pretty tidy, but we wanted help with extra tasks like dusting so we could focus on family. After the first visit, I emailed H&R photos of areas they missed. They were responsive and sent the same tech back the next day, but they missed a lot again. I get that mistakes happen, but they spent roughly five hours in our home and still missed so many things. This was my first time hiring a service, so I’m disappointed. We paid $259.80 and I still had to dust for a couple of hours myself. I appreciate them coming back, but they didn’t really fix the issues. When I said I didn’t want that tech again, they offered to send someone else next time, but at that point I was not comfortable having them back for monthly recurring cleaning as originally discussed. Everything we asked for—corners, shelves, light fixtures, decor, ceiling fans, etc.—was standard stuff. The photos show how many areas were missed after their visits.

Nina comes to clean for us biweekly. It’s difficult for us to keep up with the house as well as we’d like to with our hectic schedule and she never judges! Just greets us with a smile and gets to work. I love how clean it smells when she’s done and the thoughtful small touches like the paper towel bow and pointed toilet paper ends just make me smile and feel a little like I just walked into a fancy hotel room.

The cleaning service we performed was completed according to the scope of work requested by the homeowner. The areas you mentioned in your review were not included in the original service that was booked. When those additional areas were brought to our attention, we offered to add them to the cleaning for an additional charge, but that option was declined.
We always strive to be upfront about what is and isn't included in a service so there are no surprises. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your new home.
