Customers praise the company for professional crews, thorough driveway repairs, and efficient communication, noting that staff are often punctual and courteous. However, several low-star reviews cite significant issues with unreturned calls, inaccurate square footage estimates, and unexpected additional charges during paving projects. Some clients also reported poor cleanup and disputes regarding final costs, suggesting that while many experiences are positive, others have encountered billing or service inconsistencies.
