If you're buying an extended warranty for peace of mind, save your money. We purchased a washing machine along with an extended warranty because we wanted peace of mind if something ever went wrong. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've ever had. Our washer completely failed on September 10 in the middle of a load. It lost all power and the door would not unlock, leaving wet clothes trapped inside. We waited nearly two weeks for the first service appointment, then additional time for parts to arrive. When the technician finally returned to install the parts, one of the replacement parts was defective and additional parts had to be ordered. They also discovered another component that may need replacement. Today, more than a month later, our washing machine is STILL NOT FIXED. To make matters worse, the warranty company denied coverage for the mold issues that developed after wet clothes remained trapped inside the locked washer due to the original failure. Despite being without a working washing machine for weeks, they provided only $25 in laundry reimbursement. Anyone who has used a laundromat recently knows that's nowhere near enough. We average four loads of laundry per week, and at approximately $7 per load, we've spent well over $100 out of pocket while waiting for repairs. The $25 reimbursement didn't even cover one week's worth of laundry for our household. The extended warranty that was supposed to protect us has provided very little value. We've dealt with long service delays, multiple parts orders, repeat technician visits, denied damage claims, inadequate reimbursement, and we are still waiting for a resolution. At this point, the most disappointing part isn't that the washer broke. Appliances fail. It's that a warranty claim that started on September 10 has dragged on for over a month with no end in sight. If you're considering purchasing an extended warranty, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about repair timelines, reimbursement policies, and what happens if parts are unavailable or defective. Based on our experience, the warranty has created more frustration than peace of mind. Bottom line: We paid extra for protection and convenience. Instead, we've spent over a month hauling laundry to the laundromat, paying out of pocket, and waiting for a washing machine that is still not repaired.

My son recently purchased a new house and needed to find a refrigerator. After looking around at several local appliances stores in the span of a week, we came back to Hahn's because they had the best prices and a great selection. After picking out what he wanted, due to a sale, the final price was low enough that he was able to add ALL of the appliances his home needed to his invoice. We are very satisfied.

I bought a $1400 Speed Queen Commercial clothes washer on approx 7/27/26. I was told it was "top of the line, & heavy duty" (it WAS a Commercial model). So I pd the outrageous price expecting years of problem free, simple operations. Barely 60 days since purchase I called Hahn letting them know that the machine has broken down...this is a $1400 TOP OF THE LINE, COMMERCIAL clothes washer of the breakdown. Yes, I believe Hahn should be responsible for repair/replacement of the "TOP OF THE LINE" commercial washer...however everyone I talked to just referred me to call the warranty company. 2 of the Hahn representatives I spoke with were Lavar(?) & Britt, Sales Mgr. Now, while I don't agree to their attitude of shoving me off onto the warranty company when the "TOP OF THE LINE" Commercial washer within 60-90 days of purchase...the worst problem is they would constantly talk over me. I would start telling them my "story", & before I could complete my thought, they would be telling me to contact the warranty company. I never WAS able to complete my thoughts without being talked over & then they would accuse me of overtaking them. Really? Where is their customer service training?? I believe they need a update class to know how to deal with troubled customers....& yes, I DO believe they should be customer satisfaction oriented enough to step up & repair/replace my washer, when under 90 days of purchase, especially because I was sold to me on, it's the "TOP OF THE LINE, COMMERCIAL(heavy duty) MODEL"...for $1400! Very Disappointed in this business! No wonder they don't have a good overall rating.

Great selection of appliances.... just too many salesmen chasing us around the store. Just let us look. We will come to you when we need questions answered.

My refrigerator was delivered on 26 August. Today, after running for more than 24 hours, it displayed a “Hi” temperature warning even though the doors were closed. I called the store at 4:25 p.m. and explained the problem. The representative asked who my salesperson was and I said Chase. I was then informed Chase was on a call and would call me back in five minutes. I offered to hold but was told their phone system does not allow customers to remain on hold. I reset the refrigerator to 36°F and fortunately it has cooled down and the warning has not returned. It is now after 7:45 p.m. and I am still waiting for that five-minute callback. I previously purchased a washer and dryer from this store and returned because of my past positive experience. Unfortunately, today’s customer service was disappointing. Good customer service shouldn’t end once the sale is complete. If you promise a customer a callback, the call should be returned. Delivery and Installation 5 ⭐️. The delivery crew did an excellent job delivering and installing the refrigerator. They were careful removing the old refrigerator and bringing in the new refrigerator. They even removed the door that needed to come off so they would have a clear path to get the old refrigerator out and the new one back in, going so far as putting a piece of thick plastic on the floor so nothing was scratched or damaged. They were professional, polite, and thorough throughout the entire delivery. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and didn’t leave any trash or mess behind. I was very pleased with the delivery and installation!

We spent $15,000 on appliances with this company. They brought a refrigerator to us that rattles like crazy Ever since they dropped it off. They’ve sent somebody out multiple times to fix it and cannot fix it. They refuse to replace it. Poor Customer Service. We will never shop with them again.
