I had Robert inspect both of my new home purchases. He was able to work with my schedule on both homes and provided a thorough inspection. Highly recommend!
I chose Robert because he was happy when he answered! Even though other estimates were a little less, I got exactly what I paid for...a superb inspection. And there was a issue with time, he didn't fail to stay in contact to let me know what was going with that. Thank you Robert and God bless you in your business!
I highly recommend Haines Home Inspections. Robert was very thorough and responded with any questions I might have.
We used MlHains for our new home inspection and radon test, and I highly recommend him. He replied right away, was very helpful, and took his time explaining all of my questions and concerns. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process.

Robert just completed my new home construction and was extremely professional, thorough and he caught things that I would have never thought to look at. Would highly recommend!
I emailed Haines to inquire about a home inspection. He was able to get mine inspection for a new build done about a week later. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Fair priced and the report was very detailed.
Amazing inspector that is very thorough and commits his time to his craft and product. Id recommend them to anyone needing an inspection.
Arrived early for inspection. Walked me through several different areas to show good, bad, and areas to watch. Spent several hours inspecting house. Report arrived later that night with amazing detail (over 55 pages) and report highlighted all areas that he recommended repairing prior to purchase. Great value and highly recommend.
Robert was able to do the inspection with very short notice. The inspection report was very detailed, nicely put together, and easy to access.
