After pregnancy and getting a bad haircut that left my hair stuck in growth, I was hoping to find a good hairdresser in the area. I read wonderful reviews about Sachiko and trusted her. She not only styled my hair back to life but her hands are of an angel 👼 and since then, my hair has been growing normally again…

Horrible customer service. Been going to this place for 3 years. Was late for my appointment this one time(in 3 yrs) and they blocked me from making reservations online any further. Are you serious?! Even prisons are more forgiving than this. To be clear, my haircutter was great; but customer service is the opposite.
