Joe vs. the Pool Pooper: A Triumph Just when we thought we had a handle on homeowner life, a raccoon decided to turn our pool into its own personal toilet. Not once—but twice. Baby’s swim lessons? Canceled. Sanity? Hanging by a chlorine-soaked thread. Raccoon poop can contain a parasite that can be neurotoxic for humans, (trust me, I’m a doctor) We tried everything short of posting a raccoon bouncer at the gate, but nothing worked—until Joe from Hakuna Matata Pest Management showed up like a cross between Cuban Crocodile Dundee and a wildlife therapist. Joe assessed the crime scene, set his traps, and within days, caught the masked menace red-pawed. No drama. No raccoon retaliation. Just pure, professional pest justice. Our kid is back to swimming, the pool is poop-free, and we now refer to Joe as the Raccoon Whisperer. If you’ve got a pest problem and want it handled without the BS (or raccoon poop), Joe’s your guy. Call Hakuna. Sleep easy. Our neighbors all use his pest services. He’s here so often the kids chase after his bright blue truck. Great guy btw.

On the rare occasions we’ve seen pests, he’s responded quickly and taken care of the issue right away. Joe is not only great at what he does, but he’s also very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He’s taken the time to explain the difference between issues like carpenter ants, cockroaches, and regular ants, which has been really helpful. I’ve also had him help at other properties I manage, and his service is always top-notch. I’ve referred Joe to friends and clients, and the feedback is always the same: excellent! If you want reliable, effective pest control with great customer service, Hakuna Matata is the way to go!

Joe was great. Responded quickly. Set the trap. Returned quickly once the raccoon was caught and best was that he was able to repair the access hole and did so graciously. Hope I don’t need him again, but he will be the first I call if I do.
Thanks for making our back yard raccoon free!
Joe is reliable and efficient. He has removed many iguana from my property.
