The Tech Armand Harwood was absolutely superb. In my opinion, he went beyond the call of duty to ensure my system was heating and cooling properly. Armand Harwood is a strong asset to his company. It’s because of people like Armand Harwood that make me happy to have a maintenance contract with this fantastic company!!!

Problem with no heat after a cold night. Mike came after already having a full day yet he was very polite and thorough and in a good mood. This visit ended because of a part needs ordering before it can be fixed

Garrett arrived on time and was very thorough with his analysis of my problem with my HVAC. He took the time to explain (I learned a lot), very friendly interaction. I decided to then take the annual membership for periodic check-ups. Also communication over the phone with their office was very smooth and professional. Great company!

Jeremy came out here to fix our air conditioner problem. He was able to quickly find the problem and explained to us (in laymen terms) what part we needed. He was very nice and was very professional.

Hammond Services came the same day our unit went out! Our tech was professional and knowledgeable.

We always receive great service from Hammond....they are quick and efficient....Matt was quick and very friendly....We were an office of 4 women with hot flashes and when our air when out we thought we were going to die but he got us back to feeling cool again!

Lee arrived at the designated time and installed the part (thermostat) that he had ordered. He checked system operation and ensured that it was back to optimum operation. Good job, thanks.

Armand went above and beyond to get my air working. It was his last appointment of the day and it took much longer than expected. I appreciate his work ethics and professionalism.

I will only use Hammond Services from now on. I had a couple hiccups starting out, but Brian and Melissa were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. In my opinion, it is how people respond and recover that shows their value and integrity. Hammond Services cares about their customers.
