Very professional and courteous

Used them twice so far. Always quick and prompt with communication which is nice. The drop off option is a big plus, especially for people who get off late for work. Good pricing all the way around. The payment plans are useful too.

Fuel pump issue. Car stopped running while shopping.. had it towed and the guys worked to get it in

Unfortunately Hampton auto had to fix another car repair place screw up. But James was very friendly. They looked over everything. As always, I had a great experience at Hampton Auto. They take great care of their customers, even had a few issues with Car Shield that they took care of. They know exactly what to do.
