Everything went well. All staff were great. From check in through the doctors doing the injection in my thumb to help control pain in the joint

My care at Hand Microsurgery was fantastic from the first time that I walked in the door. From scheduling and registering with the wonderful lady at the front desk. My doctor, Dr. Czer is the greatest. From the second he walked thru the door, he makes constant eye contact. He has patience when explaining things to both me and also my husband. Giving me options for my care and explaining alternatives, both pro and con. I am so.pleased that I am so glad that I chose this practice and already seeing the results after only 2 visits.

Wait time in outer office was short. Wait time in the exam room was a little longer than usual but staff informed me that the doctor was running a little behind. Dr. Dupaix was professional and friendly as always. Treatment there has always been excellent. All the staff are friendly and professional. Total time in this specialist's office was only one hour from beginning to end, which is very typical for most doctors' offices.

💥Dr. Muresan if I can give you 1000 stars I would!
I was a hairdresser and educator and have suffered for years from hand wrist, neck, and shoulder problems.
Dr. Muresan was so confident that immediately made me trust him. I’ve seen many doctors and have had prior surgery.
I could tell the day after my surgery that this was going to be amazing. I am one week out to get my stitches removed tomorrow and I have 99.9% full range of motion! He also did an ulna nerve entrapment while he was doing my carpal tunnel surgery. The whole thing was so well planned as well as the village surgery center, which also was exceptional!
The only one complaint I would have is being scheduled too early prior to surgery and not being able to eat for such a prolonged period of time or drink anything.
Well, maybe too. In the consultation process, it seemed like you had to see one too many people to speak to prior to seeing the doctor.
Next month we do the other hand, and I felt completely confident that I chose the right doctor and group for my surgery!
Ive had doctors try to continue to give me shots and put a Band-Aid on something that could’ve been this simple or what this amazing doctor made appear simple. Thank you Dr. Muresan and the entire staff who were instrumental in my surgery. 🔟

Thought this was a great place at first.
I was wrong.
I broke my wrist, they casted it. Went back 4 weeks later, they removed the first cast, for another x-ray(define Xray?), which showed it was halfway healed. The Dr. recommended keeping it in a cast for another 4 weeks. They put another cast on, its way tighter than the first and causing me physical pain, rubbing on one of my arm bones that supposed to be healing..... I call them and the receptionist is nasty and sends me to a voicemail to leave a message. does not care I am in pain or my finger is going blue and numb. just sends me to voicemail. I call back and try to get help, and she is nasty again. I told her I would deal with it myself. Never going back to this place. Just go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.
The Dr. I saw was awesome. But with this kind of staff, hard to ever come back here or recommend this place. Need to replace the nasty lady in the front.
