My husband, Barry, & I hired Gregory Hildebrand at the very last minute, literally! Greg interviewed me over the phone 1.5 weeks prior to my deposition for a custody battle on behalf of my son. He was very accommodating to my schedule. He scheduled a Zoom meeting prior to my deposition to prepare me for my interview with the opposing attorney 7 days prior to my deposition. Greg is truly a life saver and his team is the best of the best. He made me feel safe, informed, and confident during the entire process. The uncoupling and ending of a marriage is difficult and emotional for all parties involved but it does not have to be contentious and be a process fraught with endless arguing on top of those emotions. There is a different and more collaborative opportunity to move forward and that is through mediation.
The team at Hansen & Hildebrand, specifically Greg Hildebrand alongside Rose Ward, make the process easier and help with the mediation that is respectful of all parties and builds a process environment where the continuation of "family" is recognized and strived for. I believe they wanted us both to be as cared for as we could be and they were respectful of where we came from and what we hoped to leave this process with. Plus the systems are full of checklists and they navigate and guide the processes seamlessly.
Given how good they are it is ironic because no one is LOOKING for their services, as it means an acknowledgement that something has broken, but if/when you land in the situation Hansen & Hildebrand can offer a better solution than argumentative court proceedings.
